Albannach(British)Albannach will be opening at 09:00 with a 12 foot screen showing the race. Perhaps not the best choice if you want a venue with a view but this is an excellent venue from which to sample the post-race atmosphere as both recovering runners and supporters fill the place out throughout the day.
All Bar OneA reliable branch of the popular city bar chain, located on Byward Street, a perfect spot for watching the runners as they enter the final phase into the city.
The BankerCosy and traditional venue with a marvellous outdoor terrace overlooking the river, perfect for that guilt-laden Sunday morning Marathon pint.
Bootys Riverside BarAnother gem of a pub in the city with gorgeous views of the river. A superb venue for a post-race pint.
The Fine LineA contemporary offering in Canary Wharf with excellent views of the surrounding metropolis.

read our review The Gate Clock(British)This Wetherspoons pub on the route will open around 08:00. The views from the pub aren't the best but a vibrant Sunday morning atmosphere is guarenteed as supporters pack the place out to celebrate the big event.
The GrapesWatch the dedicated bunch as they fly pass the windows of this bar and restaurant on Narrow Street. Doors open from 09:00. (Please note that the runners will not actually be flying.)
Hung Drawn and QuarteredThis historic pub provides another great spot to watch the runners with only two and a half miles to go. The HDQ is open from 08:00 - 19:00 on the day.
The Kings ArmsThe Kings Arms opens at 09:00 on the Sunday morning but tables reserved for breakfast are disappearing fast. A £10 deposit is required if you're looking to book. Feel free to drop in for a few drinks but expect it to get busy.
The Leather ExchangeThe Leather Exchange is another busy pub for the route south of the river.
Liberty BoundsNormal Sunday opening hours for this pub on Trinity Square (09:00 - 12:00). This is another great spot for watching the runners en route.
Lord Hood(Pub Food)Another desirable Greenwich location just 200 yards from the Cutty Sark.
The Lord Nelson(Pub Food)This is one of the Isle of Dogs' more stylish offerings if you happen to be in the area on the big day.
The Mint(Thai)The Mint will open from 09:00 on the day and pub-goers can expect to see runners pass twice. We're not sure how but they do.
The Pilot(Pub Food)This is another attractive venue located close to the 02 Arena for the Greenwich stretch.
Pommelers RestPommelers Rest on Tower Bridge Road will open early around 08:00 on the day of the race, so if you're a Pommeler, this is an ideal spot.
River Bar and BrasserieThe doors of this marvellous venue on Tower Bridge Road open at 08:00 on Sunday morning providing spectacular views as thousands of dedicated runners cross the famous bridge.
The Spanish GalleonThe best place to go if you're in Greenwich for the race.
St Stephens TavernSt Stephen's Tavern opens at 10:00 and although the pub itself doesn't offer views of the runners, the place is usually heaving due to its location on the last mile of the route. Expect to be sharing the bar with recovering runners and event supporters.
