Top Club
I’m recommending you get down to Studio Valbonne. It’s a hot club with a dash of opulence and glamour, not to mention the funky light displays and latest tunes. This Friday they’re hosting the Official Shipwrecked wrap party, bringing together the Sharks, Tigers and Hawks for one last stand. There’s an invite-only cocktail reception 9pm to 10pm, before the party gets going and is open to the public with DJ sets over the course of the evening from Shipwrecked’s Danny, Rowan and Marvin. I’ve seen Rowan DJing a couple of times, and unusually for reality TV alumni he really knows what he’s doing, so I can promise you’ll be hitting the dancefloor.

Top Bar
Bourne and Hollingsworth has been popular since its launch. This weekend there’s lots of hot summer action guaranteed. I’ll be heading along on Saturday to their private Lawn Games Garden Party, which will include 1920s style Prohibition-era outfits, croquet, badminton, and a special cocktail and teacup race. There’s also going to be a hog roast, a cake stall, ice cream and old-fashioned sweets, all followed by the after-party and prizegiving to the winners back at the bar. This is the most fun thing I’ve heard about for ages and fits in perfectly with the cool, laid back edge of the Prohibition style bar.

Top 5
I wanted to bring you some different and interesting venues this week, as well as some of my regular favourites. These are all ranking high with me at the moment.
1. Burlington Club
I love Burlington, there’s a great atmosphere and a regular crowd that just can’t stay away.
2. Wellington Club
The Wellington is an old favourite of mine, it has the personal feel and great DJs every night.
3. Notting Hill Arts Club
A favourite of Mark Ronson and Lily Allen, this is always a popular choice. Wednesday nights rock!
4. Prince of Wales, Camden
Last night, Peter Hook from New Order and Joy Division brought a slice of Hacienda to Camden. This place just keeps bringing the cool.
5. The Royal Vauxhall Tavern
Next Thursday I’ll be going south of the river for a live music night with Zak Black, Miss Kimberley and Bryan Chambers all performing, not to mention fire eating from Miss Sarah.
