Battersea Evolution (formerly known as Battersea Park Events Arena) is a stunning, purpose built events venue situated in Battersea Park, London. Enlarged and upgraded in 2005, it is now the largest dining venue in Central London. For Christmas 2008 Battersea Evolution will play host to corporate and private themed Christmas Parties with a spectacular ‘Après!’ theme.

The combination of a stunning venue, breathtaking Après! theming, mind blowing entertainment and a sumptuous freshly prepared Christmas feast ensures you have all the ingredients for an exhilarating Christmas party that will leave your colleagues and friends talking about their Christmas event well into 2008.

As the winter party season begins, the slopes of Chamonix and Val d’Isère hold hypnotic appeal for many of us. Canapé reception

Hot melting raclette cheese served in the room on seasoned bagette
Whole parma ham served on the stand and carved onto herb ciabatta
Shots of hot winter pimms
Shots of spiced parsnip soup topped with parsnip crisps
Lime and chilli rosti potato topped with smoked salmon with crème fraiche and chives
Sticky roast belly of pork served with shallot and sage stuffing and apple sauce
Thai scented candy floss served on skewers
Baby hotdogs served in a bun with roasted onions and mustard
Balsamic and rosemary roasted new potatoes filled with a tomato and aubergine relish
Smoked chicken and papaya salad with roasted red pepper mayonnaise served on toasted cinnamon and sultana brioche

Starter

a) Sesame roasted salmon fillet glazed with Soya honey ginger and chilli with a vegetable coriander and mango salad in crisp filo served with red pepper and balsamic dressing

b) Crispy polenta and coriander tart filled with black truffle potato, pumpkin and asparagus salad bound in a light crème fraiche and served with gaspachio sauce (v)

Main Course

a) Herb roast breast of corn fed chicken, filled with a lemon and thyme stuffing served with creamed potato and parsnip mash , honey roasted carrots and leeks, with a marsala wine sauce finished with cream

b) Lentil and artichoke gateau, filled with spinach squash and sun blushed tomatoes, served on a celeriac and potato rosti with a basil rocket and caper sauce (v)

Dessert

A Trio of Dessert;
Honeycomb and white chocolate iced parfait
Glazed lemon and lime citrus tart
Baileys cream with peanut crunch

Coffee

Fresh ground Lavazza coffee and rich rum truffles
