Christmas Treasure Hunt in London - It’s a Covent Garden Cracker!Christmas is coming and the team at Wildgoose are bursting with excitement at the launch of their 2008 Christmas package ‘The Covent Garden Cracker’ – an exciting London treasure hunt event with lunch, novelties and an extensive hunt pack to boot.
The Covent Garden treasure hunt is the most popular of the London treasure hunts and contains all the classic ingredients for a great event. The Covent Garden treasure hunt is also very centrally located and easily accessible from the Bakerloo, Northern and Piccadilly tube lines.
The Christmas treasure hunt event is available from Monday 19th November – Friday 21st December 2008 and includes the following:
- Pre-hunt event management to include telephone and e-mail support
- Christmas buffet lunch
- Christmas novelty headwear
- Treasure hunt pack for each team containing: digital camera to use during the treasure hunt (spare batteries provided), cryptex per team, clipboard and pens, maps, questions and answer sheets, disposable waterproof macs, maglite torches
- Amazon e-vouchers up to a value of £25 for each member of the winning team (£10 for groups of 15 or less)
- Post hunt CD containing your entire set of photos from the day
- Wildgoose staff on the day for the duration of your event, including all applicable travel expenses
- Public liability insurance up to £5 million

First 20 Participants £60 + VAT per person
Next 30 Participants £50 + VAT per person

Exclusive private bar for 30+ participants Small groups will be on a shared party basis
The Christmas Party Venue
The venue used during the beginning and then end of the Treasure Hunt is the Walkabout in Covent Garden, where Wildgoose will have exclusive use of a private bar. The briefing, buffet and results will take place in this room with plasma screens available for showing the photos from the day.
Exclusive Bookings
This room can accommodate up to 100 participants. Exclusive bookings will be taken for group sizes of 30+ on any day subject to availability.
Please note that there is seating in this bar but not for more than 30 participants
