Vodka & Dill Cured Gravlax with caper & mustard dressing, Peppered Mackerel Pate served with toasted ciabatta & Smoked Haddock & Prawn Terrine topped with a horse radish cream & a kohlrabi and beetroot salad

b) Slow Roast Plum Tomato, Basil & Red Onion Tart served warm with an apple, fennel and hazelnut salad & balsamic glaze (v)

Main Course

a) Suffolk Chicken Breast Roasted in Smoked Paprika, served with mustard & rosemary dauphinoise, glazed savoy cabbage, carrots and leeks with a piquant red wine sauce

b) Pearl Barley & Wild Mushroom Risotto served with roasted root vegetables, stroganoff sauce & topped with parsnip crisps (v)
