A Tired looking cinema small,cramped and on times visited sound quality on films being shown should have been better.Advised staff about hazy quality of audio but nothing done.No aisles and poor cousin to nearby Fulham road.A great location in heart of Chelsea, on doorstep to sloane square but despite potential should be so much better in quality and service.

Small small screen. The movie was out of focus. Complained to staff after 10 minutes and they didn't fix it.

Grubby unpleasant cinema outlet. Small theatres with no aisles.

Experienced technical problems during the showing of films. Incompetent staff.

Altogether an unpleasant experience. Prices for refreshments should be reviewed. Day light robbery, far too expensive.

Room for improvement.
