I love this place. I love the fact that it works out to be cheaper on a Monday and quiet with no big groups of people who are NOT there for the film.

I live right by Greenwich Odeon and I cannot stand how awfully load the sound is; it's unbearable there.

My son and I really like the friendly staff at Greenwich Picturehouse. There is a much more of an intimate ambience and the staff really know what they are talking about with regards to film information.

I have never known a cinema to be Autistic/Aspergers Aware; this is a first which I applaud.

Concessions is great for Carers as well. You don't get that at the Greenwich Odeon; it's all overly priced confectionery and rubbish drinks and pop-corn there.

If you are really into film then you must go and relax in the sumptuous leather seats and enjoy the delights that they put on.My son and I are so glad that Greenwich Picturehouse actually cares about its film-going customers.

Go and enjoy this lovely friendly place.

Best wishes

Slightly pricey but well worth it for the most comfortable spacious First Class seats at any cinema. Price also means the place tends to deter groups of teenagers playing with their mobiles during the film, who are more likely to be at nearby Greenwich Odeon. Cheapest seats on Monday as escalates through the week. Occasionally Arrthouse films playing and Trendy bar upstairs too with descent coffee and view of bustling Greenwich. This is by far the best cinema in London. Only for the refined!
