Lacks atmosphere. They still haven't got adequate payment methods and often there is a long and slow queue for cinema tickets because the machines aren't working/ systems down/ currently undergoing an upgrade. If you think you can beat the queue by booking online and paying £1.00 extra for the pleasure, think again - you will have to queue with everyone else to collect the tickets. Outrageous.
As for the cinema itself, nice decor but they don't bother having a manned reel. On one occasion the wrong film was being shown and it took a member of the audience to go and find someone to correct it, and on another occasion the film reel stopped at a crucial point in the film and again, an audience member had to go find staff. Unacceptable.

Fantastic space, great diverse programme and good facilities - only a shame that everything seems to sell out and I can't get tickets!

The cinemas are nice, but the place has no atmosphere. The staff at reception are not very helpful, and the bar is really stark. I have been to the cinema a few times but have been 1 of about 10 people in there - not great.

There seems to be alot going on in their programme but I think they have a long way to go.

Great venue, the Cinema is fantastic, went to watch James Bond, they have a great bar and a very nice cafe with very tasty salads and hot foods, i work in Liverpool street great place to hang out after work as well in the bar watching football on their 60ft screen.

Really fantastic place! There is so much here on offer. I've just picked up their autumn/winter program and there is such a diverse range of world music and cultural acts. Can't believe there is also a cinema and venues to hire! I've walked by it so many times and never realised what they offered, so very glad I decided to drop in there today.
