Went to see Johnny English 2 and was very surprised with the whole experience. Huge Sainsbury's on the lower floor, Starbucks and lots of other shops. Be careful if you come at night, though, because if you miss your tube, its incredibly difficult decent bus links in the area.

Went to see 'King's Speech'. After queuing and being ignored by the two girls who were gossiping behind the counter looking busy counting the stock whilst customers waited to pay an element towards their wages, I was served by an equally uninterested guy who clearly had received not one bit of customer service delivery training.

Could not understand why people were actually buying tickets for the more expensive seats when , as soon as the lights went down, everyone who had paid for the cheaper seats moved to them ! Duh !

In short would agree with the other latest comments on here - no priority seems to have been given to service delivery by front of house team.

Watched a movie this evening at screen 1 and there were numerous large mice/rats running between the aisle and seats. Cinema was quite emtpy - so this was very obvious. I will not be returning.

We watched Prince of Persia on 3 June in Screen 1 and a large mouse/rat popped up in the aisle half way through the film and then scurried back to the seating area in fron of us. I didnt tell my wife during the film as she would have freaked and run out!

This Cinema has a MICE infestation. I tried emailing the managers, but they just ignored me. Avoid unless you like mice running around!

This movie experience was truly horrible. The tickets were overpriced and the hygiene more than questionable.

The popcorn tasted like last week's leftover as well... Furthermore the staff was not even able adjust the subtitles to the image which most viewers including myself found extremely irritating.

I hope you will be able to avoid this experience, just go to a different cinema!!!
