I have been attending this cinema most weeks since its opening. However, last week I was spoken to extremely rudely by a member of staff at the drinks/ticket section. Me and the people I was with asked for student tickets to a film, and whilst we were getting our student I.D. cards from our purses, we were asked, "have you been here before?” When we replied that yes we had been, she very aggressively told us "Well then you should know what to do, next time you have the I.D. cards ready for me and don't keep me waiting". However, it had taken us a matter of seconds to get our I.D. cards so we certainly were not keeping her waiting in any way. When we told her not to speak to us so rudely, and asked for her name as we wanted to make a complaint, she aggressively yet again shoved her staff pass in the air, and told us "to go away" and that she would not serve us. Not only was the situation completely embarrassing, but completely unnecessary. I have as a direct result been totally put off the cinema, and am appalled at the disgusting customer service that the member of staff displayed.

Service is slow and poor. It is not what you should be getting considering the price you pay to go to the cinema nowadays. The queues are long and there is no stand where you can just buy tickets from a real person. Upon arrival it took us 30 minutes to get our tickets, popcorn and to get inside. I was not impressed with this cinema.

This place is exactly like the other Westfield in terms of location and setting. Both set in extremely huge shopping centres, which means that you have to plan accordingly so you can get from tube to centre to cinema on time. The queues tend to be big, just like everything else in this place, but the screens are also big and the staff is quite nice. So, just plan accordingly and you will enjoy your cinema experience.
