Had a very nice experience in here. Actually planned all my day around visiting Westfield and seeing what all the fuss was about and was very surprised with the centre and with the cinema. Had no problems with staff, but then again I never get popcorn so that is one queue I avoid. It is true though, that you have to go up several stairs to actually reach it as the cinema is on the last floor of the centre and nowhere near to any of the main entrances, so plan in advance how early you should reach the centre, to give you walking time from tube, to centre, to cinema. Would definitely recommend.

Upon arriving at Vue in Westfield the expectation was that being a new cinema in the amazing new shopping centre it would be clean, large and running smoothly. The only factor it ticked was being large and that just meant that there was more floor for people to spill their popcorn and coke. This mess clearly had not been cleaned up all day, which is in stark contrast to the clean interior of the shopping centre.
If you ignore the fact you could potentially break your neck through slipping on this coca cola laced floor, you still cannot ignore the fact that you have to wait for about 20 minutes before you can buy any food, drink and your tickets. The reason being was that the staff were so slow and small in number that they couldn't cope with the demand and thus we were late for our viewing.
The seats were comfy however and the screens large however the appalling entrance and service meant that this cinema completely let down the amazing new shopping centre it features in.
I am in my twenties and not prone to writing reviews either good or bad, but such was the poor experience, i felt indebted to all who thought to go. There is the Shepherds bush Vue across the road from Westfield, go there-they clean up and serve you within 5 minutes. Frankly the least you'd expect.

Lat minute decision to go and see the Wolfman last night at Vue Cinema Westfields.Loved the cinema and seats.Easy to book online and to collect tickets, although only 1 ticket printed at the collection machine despite having booked and paid for 2 online 15mins before collection. Thankfully, staff believed me and let us both in. Only draw back for me was the long walk to the cinema (3rd floor) from the Wood Lane Entrance, then again once you're inside to the relevant screen and again when leaving due to various areas having been blocked off at close of business. Also, staff need to ensure seats are cleaned before next showings, we arrived at our seats only to find popcorn had been split and left all over them! Overall an enjoyable experience especially not having to move around in your seat in order to see past the head of the person's sitting in front of you, providing your happy with the long walk. Excellent leg room too! Denise Ladbroke Grove
