View Tickets want to give you the lowest priced tickets available so you can use the money you save enjoying yourself at the event. If you purchase tickets from View Tickets and find a cheaper online alternative, we will refund the difference. For your claim to be successful, you must fulfil the following:
Timing
Your claim must be received within 72 hours of tickets being purchased. Claims must happen BEFORE the event.
Comparison
Price comparison applies to cost of ticket and booking fee combined, and does not include delivery charge. Online ticket purchases only. Cheaper tickets must be identical ticket types for the same event. Cheaper tickets must be available at the lower price at time of purchase.
How to Claim
View Tickets reserve the right to honour the claim at their discretion and you may be asked to provide proof that the price we have charged you was greater.
