Terrible night, boiling hot, air con broken, grubby venue, decks broken. Stay well clear of this place.

My friend hired the 333 club for her 30th birthday at end November 2008.The drinks were good and service seemed fairly quick (although I tend to send someone to the bar for me, usually my boyfriend). The doormen were friendly.

The venue wasn't what I expected. It was smaller than I thought it would be (this was my first visit although I drink in the Goat and Boots below 333 a fair bit). Although small(ish), there was lots of room for everyone to have a table (or bar stool on the raised level by the bar) and have a dance as well.

I guess there were approximately 40-50 guests in total.We arrived a bit later than everyone else so only caught the end of the band, who were good, and then my friend's brother in law did some DJing, which got everyone dancing.

Obviously not booking the venue myself means I don't know how the band etc is organised (i.e. through the venue or your own arrangements), but for a private party venue in Fulham/Chelsea area this was a really nice venue and I would recommend it.

Have you been to 333 Club recently? It's just been redecorated and looks way better. It's still not jam packed but does have quite a nice atmosphere building up. A mate of mine hired it for a party a while back which was fantastic, good cocktails etc, maybe the 333 Club is best as a private venue?

I haven't been to the 333 club but my friend hired it out for a party a few years ago and was disappointed. I''ve heard that the 333 club changed hands lately though so maybe they've changed?
