great place if you can get in,I went there two weeks ago because my friend's boyfriend is a member ,i had a great night out ,my kind of place very gown up not that i am very old (34) but i definetly appreciate sophistication,i wouldnt describe the staff as friendly but certanly profesional.(apart from the woman at the reception) we were treated with respect ,the manager has done a good job training his people ,i had a retro kind of feeling being there because of the deco ,and the clientele ,they all seemed to be enjoying themselves in a very well behaved way (like they used to,in the past) unlike most clubs in london where people have become very sleazy, at 50 everybody were party goers but with class,if you know what I mean .I think if this place was to become more popular ,it would become just like any other club (very ordinary) I really hope to go there again .

The cloudy bay house white in the club downstairs costs £90 plus service, the champagne at Fifty Below is under £100. Fifty Below has great interior, good noise level but often empty and reception women rude even to members! Generally an eastender made good crowd age 30+.

Fifty Below is such a funky bar it such a shame that they made it a members club and so elite. Saying that it’s an excellent venue I just think a few more people would give Fifty Below a far better atmosphere.

If I was filthy rich I would fritter away my inheritance here for one fabulous night after another. I'd sashay along the catwalk in Fifty Below, snoop on others' shenanigans and then skip out of Fifty Below to nibble on delicacies and sip cocktails before hightailing it to the casino.

As it is, I'll fantasise about Fifty until I can afford the membership. Sometimes life isn't fair!
