The clientele left a lot to be desired. Enojying a night out for a friends birthday and a group of guys decided to start antagonising me. These people appeared to be friends with the bar staff and owners however, so I felt bullied into leaving. I will not venture to this place again. What started as a nice night out left me concerned for my safety.
I was there Saturday night by far the best bar/club in Wimbledon.
The music was rocking the service was great and the venue has had a fantastic refurb,
Thank god for bar Sia,
I really like Bar Sia. It is small, it is sweaty, it doesn't liven up to about midnight - why I don't know, but when it does, on the right night you couldn't be in a better place.
I'm in Sydney at the moment and it's the only place I miss in London. It's better than anything here. If you want bad toilets go to some clubs in Russia. Bar Sia - keep up the good work and I hope to see you again soon.
Bar Sia has nice staff, and reasonable drink prices, but the venue itself is rubbish. It is uncomfortable, small, cramped and the basement is horrible. The toilets should not be entered without breathing apparatus and bags over your shoes.
There are many other decent bars within walking distance of Bar Sia. My advice is to walk straight past.
I had my birthday in the Bar Sia, the staff are so cool, all of them are cool, it was the best party that I've ever done. For the quality of the drink, from 1 to 10, I give 9, the staff a 10, the place a 10! Thanks Bar Sia.
Don't usually like to give places bad reviews, but I had to as this is rated number 1?! The problem is the place is far too small, not just in size but fittings - I am only a size 32 waist/10st but I defy anyone to sit comfortably downstairs unless they are an Oompa-loompa. This is made worse by the fact that they regularly go over capacity every weekend night - and have had complaints to health and safety regarding this. To top it all off they employ beautiful eastern European barstaff - who unfortunately do not speak English very well and act very moody. Not a pleasant bar to drink in.
