Absolutely fabulous. We took over the Ladbroke Grove Blagclub for a birthday party on a Saturday night. Per who helped us organise the party was brilliant and the staff on the night were wonderful. All our guests had a night to remember and the club stays open until 3.00 am. The food was delicious and the DJ (organised by the club) was excellent.

Two of my mates and I celebrated our 25th's at blagclub Kensal Road. I was able to arrange a free guestlist and reserved area for us all via email. They were super fast getting back to me and clear with all their instructions given. Upon arriving at the venue, there weren't any super long queues - though security is super tight so make sure you all have your ids, otherwise quite simply you won't be getting in! The venue itself was small as far as clubs go, but very clean and eye-catching Asian-themed decoration. The vibe was very relaxed and never felt unsafe. Music was brilliant, bar prices were standard - overall a brilliant night! Would definitely recommend - especially if you are thinking of having a party/gathering, as the service I received in arranging this was second to none! :-)

I organised a 20th birthday here for my friend (risky as I had never been) and honestly it couldn't have been better. The management were wonderfully helpful, organised and polite. They helped me put a guestlist down for my rather large group and reserved an area for us without any fuss. On arrival there were no problems, the club itself was exactly our kind-of place, intimate fantastic music (we went on the night passion) and a great vibe. Most of us left our coats and bags in our area and went off dancing most of the night with no problems. The door staff were polite and helpful and courteous no matter how many times we went out for cigarettes. Many of my friends commented on what a great evening they had and how nice the bar staff were as well. Reasonable drinks prices that aren't going to leave you out of pocket after 2! Fantastic, I highly suggest you look into using blagclub Kensal Road for parties, many of my friends have expressed interest. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a fundraising event at the Blag Club on a Saturday Night. The staff at the Blag Club were extremely helpful both in preparation and on the night itself. The team were very friendly and very accommodating to all our needs and it is a great venue for a party! I would definitely recommend it to friends. Thank you Blag Club!

To celibrate my girlfriends birthday together with frineds who work at GlaxoSmithKlein we went to the Blag club in Kensal Rd on Friday the 25th of September.

There were over 40 of us who went to the club and we were well looked after by Stephan who was the manager on the night and not to forget to mention Pers who arranged our guest list.

The music was fantatsic from start to lights on at the end and everyone in our party had a wonderfull time and intend to do another big get together at Christmas 2009.

The crowd is mature and sensible so no riff raff and the whole ambiance of the club makes for a great night out.

Thanks once again to the managers Pers & Stephan, and see you guys once again.Ray (GSK)

I decided to go to Blagclub for my birthday on the recommendation of a friend, I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly supposed.

The night that we went to was a mixture of live music and a DJ spinning some old school party anthems and some more up to date stuff which suited my group down to the ground.

The atmosphere in the club was very lively and although the crowd was a little younger than I anticipated really friendly.

If you're looking for a fun night in a cosmopolitan environment then this is definitely the right spot for you...

I called up and booked in over the phone with a really friendly guy called Nick. Within 5mins i had a table sorted. All the other clubs i tried calling never picked up or even got back to me.
Service on the night was simple but just want i needed - quick barstaff and decent prices. Why arent all bars like this in London! Get yourself down there.

I also went down to the Launch night last Friday - Jamdown or something like that.
I had a wicked night there and met the Cuban Bros too. Classic! Apparently they will be DJing here next month. If they are getting involved with this place, then i am certainly coming back. Good job blagclub.

I organised a party with the blagclub last weekend after being blown out by my original choice and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service at such late notice. We arrived at 8.30pm ish and had a table reserved, we were greeted by the manager and given a complimentary drink on the house! Whats more at the end of the night we were given free entry cards to the Ladbroke grove blagclub which was open to 3am! All in all a great service, with wonderful staff and a super ethos. Thanks so much guys see you again somewhere along the line.

friday night at the blagclub was storming! We organised a reserved area (which was really easy to do btw, just one phone call!) and they even let me bring some finger food for my guests. The manager Scott greeted me on the way in and showed us to our area handing me a glass of champers on the house, which was a very nice touch;)We had a lovely evening, a great mix of party tunes and the DJ actually played our requests, something that doesn't always happen! The decor and the club are fantastic, it has a really nice secret hidden serene kind of atmosphere so we shall most certainly be returning to the blag soon.It was open till 3am as well which was perfect for my lot cause we like to party till late. highly recommended that you visit the blag xxx

I was out and about down on Westbourne Grove with some mates when this cute promo girl told us about this venue. Funky House club night open until 3am and just round the corner.
I thought it would be tough to get in, but everyone is really chilled and friendly and there was almost no queueing after midnight either. Bonus!!
It is very like Westbourne Studios but much cheaper at the bar.
This is a little gem i had no idea about. Definitely a place to check out.

after having a bash at the notting Hill Gate blag I decided to give this one a crack and I have to say I was pleasently surprised!
I called up and arranged a guestlist for myself and a group of us. We were given free entry and we had two tables reserved for us on arrival. The Dj's played some great tracks from funky house!! to RnB (which I'm not overly keen on but a lot of my friends are) and was open till 3am!. I have to say the one thing I notice about the blag is that they look after their guests, If you call and book in with them they will make sure you are looked after on the night.

Once again, thanks blag for a great night!

After reading very positive reviews about this place I decided to give it a go & booked it for a party of 20 for my birthday. When I arrived at the venue I was bitterly disappointed!!! It was like an old converted school with dodgy drapes & throws used to disguise the walls. It was the most random place I have ever been to! Despite this, I decided to not dwell & enjoy myself as I was in good company & it was my birthday (can I also say that for a converted school the drinks were way too expensive). However, as the night drew on everyone it seemed the bouncers were itching for a fight. They were hovering around several parties waiting to pounce. When one of them did he was so heavy handed that it took everyone by surprise!!! I was so angry & disappointed with this place. Please do not waste you time!!!

Was having a really good night at the Blag, until the bouncers went nuts on a party of guests who were having a good night in. Really ruined the whole night for everyone there and for no reason.

Went down to the blag on Kensal Road on Saturday night for a Funky House night and had to mention what a great venue it was for a party. Great atmopshere in a smart club without the hassles of pricey drinks and agro.
I had no idea it went on until 3am either - Nice surprise!!

Saturday nights at Blacgclub are brilliant! Non-pretentious crowd of age 25 upwards and the music hit the spot with RnB, soul, funky house, ragga, soca. A real good mixture of music and people. Drinks are not badly priced either which is refreshing! A good night out.

What an easy way to party! I was given a guestlist that got me and all my mates in free as long as we got there early, and we even got a table at no cost. The venue is awesome too, with funky designs and emblems everywhere.

Nice mixed crowd at blagclub and good prices on the bar so all in all a top experience.

Finally a stylish venue in the heart of West London without the pretentiousness that seems to stem from so many venues in London nowadays. blagclub has cheap drinks, good staff and good ecclectic tunes. Blagclub is highly recommended.

I like blagclub a lot! It's small enough to be intimate and social able, but also big enough to feel like you are in a salubrious, spacious environment. I invited 40 friends for my birthday on a Saturday night. We all got in free and joined up with other parties who were all up for a laugh without the attitude.

It was my best birthday yet. I will be back next year, although I think my mates will reap the rewards of my research and throw their parties at blagclub too, so maybe it will be sooner. I hope so.

Contrary to another review - I have been to blagclub many times and have never had any problems with the venue or the staff, quite the opposite in fact. I have always found the staff to be very welcoming and polite and as for the DJs not knowing what to play - utter nonsense - are you sure you were at blagclub? blagclub is a fantastic venue and I defy anyone who says otherwise.
