A big thanks to Per for helping me organise my friend's surprise 40th birthday party at NHGblagclub, I was so delighted it was a MASSIVE success!Everyone invited was pleasantly surprised with the lovely venue, variety of music, delicious canapes, diverse crowd, excellent service and professionalism of the staff (especially Jack). All my requests were met with consummate ease and nothing requested was too much trouble. I have received so many texts/calls from friends saying it was a great night {the DJ kept us on the dance-floor all night}! So once again, my sincere thanks to NHGblagclub for making my friend's 40th so special and being extremely accommodating.

Great location, nice staff and reasonable prices. Really liked the laid-back atmosphere - good mix of music, could chat or dance or both. Very low-key, and a perfect end to the evening. Would definitely go back.

Great place to go if you want to have a private hire. We booked it last week very last minute and the staff were so welcoming and really helpful.

Drinks were really reasonable, and the service we received was amazing. I highly recommend.

Just had a birthday party there this Saturday, the 25th of Feb. Really good venue for private hire, had the place to ourselves, could bring our own Dj's etc. Night was a great success. Highly recommended!

I did a 'alice in wonderland' themed party for my mate's 21st birthday last Friday at Blag club and it was fab! The club itself is gorgeous and the staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend this club as a party venue and its closeness to notting hill gate station is an added bonus.Thanks,Lauren xxx

The Notting Hill Blag Club was a great venue for a birthday party, I had arranged a guest list in advance and all went seamlessly! Many thanks to Per, Russell and Christina for making it such a fun night. Will recommend highly.

Had a party there recently and was really impressed by the organisation of the staff. They were great at responding to my initial enquiry, explaining how it works and answering questions. Blagclub is right by Notting Hill Gate station, though it is up some stairs and the doorway can easily be missed so give your guests clear instructions! They had a few small parties going on which made for a friendly and fun atmosphere. The only negative was that the area we'd been promised was initially a bit disappointing - we had a guest list with 30 people, but when we turned up there was space for about 10 to sit down. However this was only a minor point. Overall, great music and an excellent night out!

I had a birthday party here in September 2011 with about 25 frends. THe staff and management were extremely helpful when hiring a section of the venue, the music was great and the space itself was awesome. Eveyone had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic little gem of a club. From first contact with the management team to the day of the even, we have had the best service from this club with a great team of staff that were top class from start to finish. Echoing some of the other reviews about the Blag Club, there was nothing too big or too small they couldn't handle. A friendly atmosphere and funky vibe. I would recommend their venues for parties and indeed a social night out. Outstanding and a top place to let your hair down. Well done Blag Team.

It was such a pleasure to organise my brother's 30th birthday bash on Saturday 24th September at this friendly and very accommodating club. I highly recommend Blagclub to anyone looking for the right music, the right atmosphere and a very good night out all around. All of our guests are keeping this place in mind and I would definitely throw another party here. The added plus for us was the intimate setting, we were never too far from our guests, (or the food :0) ) THANK YOU!

Absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend the Blag Club. We've been there for various parties, most recently last month. The team was fantastic -they helped us plan surprises, and nothing seemed to be too much bother. When we arrived, all the staff - from the door to the cloakroom to the bar - were on brilliant form, and super friendly. The music was great, and the whole team made sure we had an amazing night. We had our post wedding bash here, everyone had an amazing time. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, DJ is awesome, and I was able to organise delivery of cake/snacks etc for the evening without a hitch. The managers were very accommodating. Big thumbs up to Team Blag.

I had a great night at Blag on Saturday. My friends and I were out for my birthday and it was nice to be in a club where the staff were friendly and the music was fab. It's a nice intimate venue and we will definitely go back!

I had my 30th in Blagclub last weekend and it was great from beginning to end. The booking and organisation process was painless, even pleasant, considering I never throw parties and was initially quite nervous. I was dealing with real people who really wanted to help make it easy and fun, and that's what I got. It's a really cool little space with plenty of character and I felt immediately comfortable.
It's certainly not a large venue, and it did get quite full at one point, but not uncomfortably so. All in all a great night and I'll certainly be coming back as well as recommending it to friends. By the way, I don't work for them! Thanks Blagclub.

We held our party at Blag Club and it was really great. The owner and manager were both so enthusiastic and helpful. They always replied promptly to our emails, they were very chilled about us decorating the place, they made sure their projectors were working and positioned properly for our DVDs, and it was generally a pleasure doing business with them. The venue hire charge was very reasonable, as was the DJ fee. The place looked great on the night of the event with lots of little candles everywhere. Everyone had a great time. The location is also unbeatable - right next to Notting Hill tube, very easy to find right next to Rymans. I cannot recommend Blag Club highly enough. If you're looking for a venue for 100 people with a full bar and music, then this is the perfect spot.

My friend and I held our 40th birthday (fancy dress) party at Blagclub on 16 April 2011. From the very start, Per and his team were so friendly and made organising the party so easy with lots of advice on what would or would not work best for the party, sourcing a DJ for the night (who played tunes based on the brief to perfection) and always being on hand to answer any queries we had.

The party was a huge success and we all had an amazing night. All the staff on the night were really helpful and friendly and the venue and the music were absolutely perfect. Blagclub is a great venue in an excellent location and I would definitely recommend it for any private party. Thanks to Per and his team for making it such a special night for myself, my friend and all our guests.

I had a fantastic 40th Birthday Party where the DJ played most of the music that I have requested and the venue itself is gorgeous and intimate. Management were friendly and the location is perfect.

From what was just an idea developed into the best night out for many people who attended my 30th on the 12th of March 2011.
From the beginning Per had my best interests at heart and advised me on what he thought would best suit my group. He knows his job very well as he got the minor details spot on. Per let me know about everything that was available to me from the food, the music to the video wall. When i arrived at the club we were the first ones there and were greeted with a free champagne cocktail or two to get the party going. Adam the manager could not have been more helpful and made me feel special as it was my birthday by making sure i didn't wait long at the bar before being served. The DJ played our choice of music on request but the general vibe was fantastic and needed very little input. The entire night was fab and the atmosphere in the club was perfect. I would recommend this venue for anyone who might be thinking of having a gathering of some kind if they are looking for a good price on drinks, good music, friendly staff and a wonderful vibe.

If you are a fun-loving unpretentious individual, you are going to love BlagClub! It's such a great little place with a warm atmosphere, fun tunes, a friendly eclectic crowd and the nicest, most accommodating staff ever! It's simply impossible not to have a good night there! My friends and I had a fantastic time celebrating my 30th - it really is the perfect venue for a birthday. The only down-side is that it shuts at 1am and their bigger club is not always open. So do find out in advance if - like me - you'd want to ride the BlagClub wave of fun way passed 1am!

We held our Christmas Party there last night and it was fantastic! All staff were very helpful/friendly and most of all professional. Everybody had a great time, music was varied and catered for everyone and the canapes were very tasty. Would recommend the Blag Club to anyone thinking of holding a event for around 100 people or so. Great little place conveniently next to Notting Hill Gate station that is ideal for hosting parties and gatherings. The vibe/atmosphere is relaxed and attitude free. The music is eclectic (there's something for everyone) and at the right volume to dance whilst not too loud to be able to have a good conversation. Drink prices are highly reasonable and bar staff very friendly. Try this place if you want an alternative to the commercialism and pretentiousness of the Westend. Highly recommended.

Such a little gem - and - in the middle of Notting Hill! A perfect location. Great vibe and cool venue. No stress.

Just happy party people. The live set and tunes were uplifting and easy! The staff and events manager were also ever so helpful and accomadating.

Not what I was expecting. More like an Indonesian lounge room than a nightclub, but that's what made it fun and different.

If you want to go clubbing then this is not the place for you, but if you want to hang and catch up with your friends, and listen to great tunes without being ear-bashed, I would say go to blagclub.

I organised my girlfriends birthday bash at blagclub and it was great.

The lads in the office took care of everything and Adam, the bar manager, looked after us on the night.

Adam organised taxis and free passes into the Ladbroke Grove blagclub after the Notting Hill club shut, and we stayed on until the wee hours.

We had a great night, the club was cool, it was discreet, and exactly what we were looking for. The staff were lovely and the overall vibe was wonderful.

They took care of everything, and they even made sure we all got down the stairs alright at the end of the night which was rather handy!

Fantastic little venue next to the tube station which is ideal for a few drinks after work with mates.

I work locally and came in for the first time last Friday - Funky tunes and decent prices on the booze, especially for the area.

Certainly worth checking out.

I arranged a party for my brother at the Blag in Notting Hill recently.

Working with the owners was easy and they helped me put on a great night, allowing for our specific needs, music tastes and even the drink!!

Nick was helpful all the way through with the organisation of the event, the staff on the night were attentive and friendly and the venue was perfect for what we wanted out of the evening (a good vibe, plenty of choice at the bar, wide range of music played & reserved area for sitting/generally hanging about in with our party)!

Would defnitely recommend to anyone considering a party for 50+ guests or even for smaller parties also.

I had my birthday party at the blag on 09/05/09 and had a FANTASTIC time!!

Adam made us feel very welcome, we even had an issue with a delay on the central line and were about 10mins late and he kindly allowed me to get in without paying :)

DJ Stix was AMAZING!! - the music was fabulous and definitely was a major factor in the nights success!

Also loved the venue - wasn't too crowded and with us making a reservation we had a great chill out zone right in front of the DJ box which enabled the group of friends to stick together (regardless of what you were in the mood for - dancing we were right by the DJ box, buying drinks right by the bar and chilling you had the couches).

Will definitely have another party at your venue VERY soon.

i had my engagement party and was really please with the whole event. Barry, the manager was extremely courteous and helpful in the planning stages.

The venue is intimate and perfect for the number of guests we had. The bar area was easy to access and no long queues!

Also had the option of bringing my own cds to play a handful of requests. All in all a great venue and will definitely recommend.

Welcome to Blag Club!I organised a reunion of old school friends through facebook and selected BC as it was an easily accessible venue for everyone.

The level of attention and service I received in the initial enquiry stages was fantastic, all the management I spoke with were very friendly, and on the night the party was amazing with complimentary shots, drinks promotions, and a very funky DJ set!

We were given our very own host (Adam) who really treated everyone like a VIP, and even 1 week later I am receiving very good feedback from the guests.

We'll definitely be back for another one in the summer, and I am very thankful to all at the Blag Club.
