This club is very hostile. If you want to be ripped off and then treated badly this is the place to go.
Despite having paid thousands for tables - which are only big enough to hold one ice bucket - our group were man handled and evicted one by one.
The club itself is tiny, dirty and dingy. Not at all what we expected and there were no snakes - other than the staff!
I would have given it no stars but the reviewing system won't let me.

I went here last night and I am absolutely appalled by the way I was treated. My friend and I were by the bar when a man became very aggressive that my friend would not have a drink with him, when my friend turned to talk to me he told her "face me when I am speaking to you, or ill have you thrown out" (throw in numerous swear words). We took no notice until he began shoving us into the bar and physically assaulting us trying to hit my friend. Luckily a few other men were trying to hold him back and it wasn't long until the bouncers were there but shockingly they did nothing to stop this man and instead picked my friend and I up and carried us out the room. They then put us down making us walk whilst being shoved in the back up the stairs forcing us to leave the club claiming the man who had assaulted us was the owner and we were being thrown out.

I cannot believe in the manor that the security acted inside this venue, as you would think they would be there to protect everyone. This event really upset my friend and I, we were just out to enjoy ourselves and ended up being physically assaulted, verbally abused and wrongly accused. I'm not sure if this man was the owner or whether he was just a regular money spender, either way it was clear that to the bouncers this man was more important than mine and my friends safety.

Generally this is a very good club. Good people, music etc..

However they made 1 Terrible mistake on their re-opening night at Ganton Street. I don't know whether it was the decision of the General Managers, door pickers, bouncers, owners or ALL, but once you had left to go for a cigarette or to meet a friend or make a phone call it was impossible to be let back in. I waited over an hour to get back inside and their were people also waiting who had bought and paid for tables worth 1000's and were not allowed back in. In the end I left. This is extremely poor management. In the 1 hour I was waiting they let probably 120 New people inside, took their door money and probably didn't let them anyone back if they decided to pop out for a quick smoke (without telling them this prior to leaving the venue). It was definitely poor ethics and money grabbing tactics to try and get as many people in as possible on 1 night and they screwed alot of people. I am pretty well connected in clubland and this is BS behaviour.

This is a shame because it is a very good club and I had always had fun when in was on New Burlington Street. It is just worth writing this in case any of the douches read this for future. I would also mention that the door picker did a great job of managing all those people under the stress on its relaunch night but someone in the hierachy has set some stupid policies which need to be addressed.
