shit pure shit i think they need a good promonter but the venue is good tho
I've been coming here for years. Unfortunately part of the club is now a strip joint some nights so it is sometimes one-room and crowded (plus the sound system in the strippy bit hasn't got enough base- it makes the music sound like a cheap car stereo!). The main room is great fun, a local, cheesy nightclub with a surprisingly rich history in terms of DJs.
And as everyone's said, the bouncers are friendly and the door policy reasonable.
Without a doubt one of the best clubs I've ever been to. Staff are friendly, and that's including the bouncers and door staff!
The drinks are'nt over priced and the music is quality and the atmosphere is brilliant.
I would highly recommend club boulevard to anyone looking for a good night out.
Club Boulevard has to be one of the best places to go on a Saturday night.
I went there for the first time last Saturday not knowing what to expect, but was surprised with how kind the bouncers and bar staff were and the music was absoloutley banging, especially the last set which was pure trance and techno.
I have been to many of the top London clubs and have to say Club Boulevard is right up there, it has a real European feel to it and lots of hot ladies. I ll surely be back there soon.
My overall impression of Club Boulevard is that it is most definitely a no go for anyone who wants to go clubbing. They had Menno De Jong as special Guest DJ, costing £10.00 and he turns up two and a half hours late, with no apologies.
I am just giving my opinion. I do not see myself as a Muppet I am just giving a review of Club Boulevard, mate.
For a club you dislike so much, you don't half go there a lot. Might I suggest going to the Priory instead of Club Boulevard, Zippy, as it's full of muppets that are on your level. Club Boulevard has really turned itself around and thumbs up to whoever dragged it out of some seriously bad times and made it good.
The DJ at Club Boulevard arrived a few hours late and I think that most of the people in the club were not aware of who he was, yet alone complain about it. I have never been to a club where no one could dance, with such an awful atmosphere.
There were about 100 peeps max and it cost £10.00 which was a real rip off. The only good thing about Club Boulevard is that is that the bouncers are cool dudes.
