Disappointing evening at Lucky Voice Islington.
We went to celebrate two birthdays and arrived looking forward to singing together. Our room was ready 10 minutes late but after 1 hour and a half in the room we were given a 10 minute warning. I had to argue with 3 members of staff to get our time and even then we were still cut short by 5 minutes. Not what I expect to have to do on my birthday and not for £80 an hour. Facilities were average. Not worth the money or aggravation.

The karaoke setup is standard with everything you need.The customer service leaves a lot to be desired though.

From not providing a tab separate to the karaoke booth's at the weekend bc it's "inconvenient" for them to the bored-seeming, schoolmaam-like booth operators.

Not a venue I will be returning to.

First visit to the new Lucky Voice location in Islington and wow, such a great night.....the service at this location is amazing, I was able to amend the reservation, pre-order drinks for our arrival and even got a recommendation to a great restaurant (Project A, Islington, also fab, and when booked through Lucky Voice give you free cocktails, yay!) all the staff at LV were incredibly accomodating and made the booking, arrival and time there a really fab night. As always just 2 hours wasn't enough and we were left wanting to sing all night long. The drinks button in the room was promptly replied to in minutes and the staff let us know when we had 20 mins left in the room. All in all we had an incredible night and will be returning very soon, this time for 3 hours.....the only suggestion i'd make is that they could do with a bit more air con, all that singing is hot hot work, even when its minus 1 outside!! Thanks to all the amazing staff for another great night, i didn't think Soho could be beaten but it was hands down, roll on January for our next visit :)
