My wife and I visited Mango Lounge for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a very warm welcome from the staff that had prepare a table with anniversary balloons. We were then offered two champagne cocktails by Oly for this special occasion that was very thoughtful. The food was very good and great value for money, while the cocktails we amazingly well prepared and quite big! But the icing on the cake was the staff's attention during all the night. We will definitely visit Mango Lounge again soon and would recommend it to anyone!

A few months ago I purchased a Groupon voucher for cocktails and a sharing platter at The Mango Lounge. So my partner and I decided to go there for my birthday and we were very pleased with the warm welcoming from their staff. The bar was playing some great music and the staff were bubbly and very helpful! I was given a glass of Champagne from the Management which I thought was a lovely gesture and the cocktails were gorgeous and very tasty!! The food was delicious and I couldn't fault this bar at all. We will definitely be returning in the near future- keep up the good work!

As visitors to London my friends and I went to the Mango Lounge for a girlie night out. The venue is very well run, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The Manager's hospitality was also first class. The cocktails were very imaginative and tasty and I'm sure I'll be back again in the future.

I celebrated my 30th Birthday there on Saturday and had a great time. Big thanks to Oly and his team who were fantastic, reserved me the spots that i wanted and the whole package was amazing. The only thing I wish I had done is to submit a playlist of the songs i wanted. I think one of the other parties there must have done this as the DJ would not play any of the songs my party requested, but apart from that it was a great night. Thanks Oly!

Where do I start with the Mango Lounge. Oly and his team are fantastic. I have never been to a club in London that gives you so much care and attention. From the moment we booked the venue for my 30th birthday to the moment we left we received great service. What other club gives you water as you leave the club and helps you get taxi’s. We have been to a number of clubs in London and I would recommend Mango Lounge without any doubt. I am reluctant to write this review because honestly I think this is one of London’s gems that I want to keep to myself.

I really haven’t got a bad word to say about the club, staff, night and experience. If you want a great party in a relaxed atmosphere then definitely book the Mango Lounge.

Just wanted to say a BiG thank you to Oli and all his staff, you had replied to my email very quickly and had organized a package deal, that was very generous and too good to turn down.We felt welcomed the moment we arrived and your staff were very friendly and helpful. The table's was reserved in the perfect place and decorated with balloons. We all received our complimentary cocktails drinks, and the food platters were delicious.Thank you to the DJ who played the songs that I had requested and thank you for the magician who kept my friends and I entertained with various kinds of amazing tricks. You even arranged a photographer who made us all very comfortable while taking photos of us all, can't wait to see the picture's.Even though it was a busy Saturday night, I loved the fact that you and all your staff were calm and collective, you not only made me and my guests feel welcome but also others who were celebrating too. I would recommend Mango Lounge to anyway who's looking for a Venue, this place is really good value for money, credit where its due. Love this place!! its perfect, could do with a bit of redecorating, maybe some more mirrors lol... but staff are the friendliest people ever, fresh fruit cocktails all the time, lovely fresh flowers on the table every day, lovely atmosphere, great food, cant complain about anything!! Friday and Saturday nights are the best!!

I had my 30th birthday party at Mango Lounge and I want to say a humongous thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful occasion for me and all my friends and family.

Although we arrived late due to the terrible weather we were still given all our complimentary treats! Cocktails were great and the DJ was playing good music all night and entertained our requests.

The only annoying thing was that the venue closed at 2am so we needed to find another place to party afterwards, but I guess I should have started my celebrations earlier. This is why I give them 4 stars and not 5. There was not much around the area at that time apart from clubs charging £20 entrance which closed at 3am so we decided to called it a night.

You will definitely be seeing me and my friends again and I highly recommend this bar for anyone celebrating an occasion in London. The package offered to me by the manager was not only free but very generous.

My friend and I organised our joint 25th birthday party at Mango lounge. We loved the venue enough to come on here and write a review about the place.I think they tick all the boxes in terms of location (2 mins from tube), very nice security, welcoming staff, decent crowd in the venue, great cocktails and great music! The DJ, I think his name was Hussein was very accommodating and played all the songs we wanted.There was also a magician walking around entertaining everyone with all sorts of tricks. He hypnotised one of my friends and made her do ridiculously funny things. The manager was standing there making sure everything was tasteful, as the magician had quite a bit to drink by the looks of things. The birthday package we were given was very generous and also complimentary. Our cabs were sorted out at the end of the night and if you pre-book, the manager can organise good rates on fairs with the local company.Complimentary bottles of champagne at midnight went down a treat!At the end of the night, the security and staff handed our free bottled water to everyone leaving the venue which we thought was a really nice touch. You don’t really get that sort of service in venues around London, or anywhere for that matter.The only thing that annoyed me about the night was that their resident magician promised me that he would show me a card trick if I bought him a drink. He disappeared after that! Not enough to take off a star though!

Sorry for the late review, I’ve just recovered from the weekend! I just want to say thanks to everyone at Mango Lounge for organising an amazing 30th birthday for my husband! All our friends and family only had positive things to say about the venue.

I had been looking for a venue for my Fiancé's surprise 30th birthday when I fortunately stumbled across Mango Lounge online. As soon as I sent my initial email inquiry the organizing was really straightforward, Oli sorted out a brilliant deal for us including complimentary champagne, a free invitation and a reserved spot for the night. The music was brilliant and service too. Really good value for money. Topped by cabs being organised for everyone at the end of the night! We will definitely be going back! Thanks Mango Lounge!

I organised my fiancées 30th birthday at Mango Lounge. I was very impressed with the whole experience from the initial booking enquiry to getting into the cab at the end of the evening. The members of staff at the venue really do make sure you’re looked after.

We were given a 'complimentary birthday package' which included a few welcome drinks, food and a bottle of Champagne. The manager also sorted out some helium balloons, designed an invitation which we sent to our friends with the venue information and also went to pick up the birthday cake from the bakery – without asking for a penny.

Little things such as that make the world of difference. Then comes the great cocktails, music, friendly staff etc. All in all a perfect night!

If I did have to point out minor flaws or mistakes, we were disappointed that there was no photographer at the venue even though we were told there would be one present and our pictures would be sent to us. This was however highlighted and addressed when we arrived so it didn't bother us much as the manager was completely upfront about it.

I recently celebrated my 30th birthday at Mango Lounge and had a really fantastic time! The evening started with complimentary reception cocktails, and the staff made sure everyone was happy for food and drinks (would highly recommend the strawberry Bellini). The music was great and ranged from old school R'n'b to pop and everything inbetween. Loads of friends commented on the great venue, food and music and many many thanks go out to Oly and all his staff for focusing on the finer details which made it such a memorable party! I would highly recommend this bar and will surely return in the near future! x

I had my 30th birthday party at Mango Lounge (25/06/11) and I have to say my friends and I had the best night ever! Oly, Camilla and all the other staff were absolutely amazing! I had my own separate area, delicious platters and the cocktails were gorgeous. Oly has a fantastic team of staff who have taken the term 'customer service' to another level. Everyone is helpful,friendly and most importantly, take great pride in what they do best which is making sure that the whole experience was of top standard. The vibe is great and the crowd is of a good mix, with everyone there to have a good time. Just what is needed 2 enjoy your strawberry bellini, he he! It is a small venue but I think that made it even better because it kept my party together all evening.

Oly, the manager, helped me organise all the details, and the packages he offered us were more than generous. The music is a little bit of everything so it suited everyone at some point or another. The staff are just brilliant! They went out of their way to accommodate us and make me feel special on my birthday. Without a doubt I will be going back there!

Celebrated my wife's 30th surprise birthday at Mango Lounge, and it was a great night!! Special thanks to Oly and the staff as they took care of everything. Right from start; Oly had good suggestions for cake shops, timings and the email fly-er invite, which was a nice touch!
On the night, everything went smoothly from the surprise walk-in to the cake cutting and champagne sparkles!! Drinks were spot on and served up by friendly and efficient bar staff. The music kept everyone moving on the dance-floor, with an atmosphere that was buzzing but always friendly.

If you're looking for somewhere to host A party in london, look no further! Im not familiar with the central London scene so when I was looking to hire somewhere for my fiances 30th Bday bash, I began the not so fun task of reading tonnes of reviews etc (i remember reading the Mango Lounge reviews and thinking, 'these mango ppl must have written most of these themselves') lol but honestly everything is as it seems, if not better! Oly is the best events organiser i've worked with - he made the whole planning a very easy, stress-free affair - communicates very well via phone and email and quick to get back to you with with any queries etc. On the night, Oly and all the staff at Mango Lounge are very helpful and polite, and nothing seems like too much of task for them. I held my 30th Birthday at Mango Lounge and cant say enough positive things about the entire process, from planning through to the evening itself! Oli took care of our every need, all we had to do was invite guests and turn up to party! All of our needs were taken care of. We arrived to find our tables had been reserved and decorated with balloons (in my preferred choice of colour!) As our guests arrived we greeted them with champagne cocktails - courtesy of mango lounge! Needless to say all of the cocktails are amazing, excellent presentation, the bar staff are friendly and very efficient! the door staff were the nicest Ive met so far! The food is lovely.
The music was a HIT for everyone and the DJ was more than willing to take requests from us! We cut our cake and were served with bottles of champagne with sparklers on them! This was a lovely touch as it adds to the celebration and party atmosphere!
The only negative thing I have to say is we had to leave at the end of the night! We could have partied until the sun came up!

Hosted my birthday party at the Mango Lounge after a recommendation from a colleague and reading positive reviews about the venue. It lived up to expectations, in fact exceeded them, with help from Olly and the lovely Camilla. Olly organised a fantastic birthday package which included a platter of delicious eats, free Champagne cocktails on arrival and another bottle of fizz served at 12.00am. Attention to detail was great and all the staff were brilliant with the service, I couldn’t have asked for more. My guests and I had an amazing night dancing to a great selection of tunes and didn’t want to leave when it came to the 2.00am closing time. A truly fabulous night and venue, with a brilliant atmosphere. I will definitely be back and would recommend the Mango Lounge to anyone wanting to host a celebration to remember or even just a fun night out.

I chose Mango Lounge as the place to hold some birthday drinks after seeing the venue on here and I'm so glad that I did! I have nothing but praise to give to every part of Mango Lounge. Olly is probably the most lovely bar owner in London and it's clear that his main priority is that all of his guests have a fab night. He really goes the extra mile and there were some great little touches, such as, the complimentary champagne cocktails on arrival, a birthday balloon at my table and a free bottle of champagne later on in the night. Cocktails in this place are immense! Fully recommend the Lychee Martini and the Baha Ocean Rose... both amazing but deadly! All of the staff were lovely and quick behind the bar, even when there was a big order. The atmosphere was great and the crowd of people were diverse and friendly. The music was fantastic and the DJ was lovely and very willing to take requests, something which my friends and me took full advantage of!

Organised my boyfriend's 21st surprise birthday here which proved to be an amazing choice! The atmosphere was great, music was spot on with DJ taking any requests and the crowd was friendly and lively! Oly was extremely friendly and exceeded with everything I requested for the night, he ensured drinks flowing all throughout and made sure all my guests felt welcome and had a good time. At 12am on the dot, the cake was brought out and champagne was flowing! The house photographer was amazing in being there at all times and snapping away! Oly helped me plan an unforgettable night and his acting skills to fool my boyfriend were totally on point! A great night, an amazing venue and a perfect host! Thankyou Oly! Ill defo be recommending this place to everyone!!

Had our engagement party drinks at Mango Lounge at the end of January and it was great.
Oly was brilliant and made organising the event as stress free as possible. He sorted out a flyer for us to use on our invites; kept in contact with me throughout the whole process by email and phone. He was very helpful with the whole thing. If you want to organise an event, get in contact with him, he is the man!
When we arrived at Mango Lounge we were greeted with our own area (only complaint with where we were was that the seats really needs re-padding) we had free champagne cocktails for some of our friends; free champagne later on in the evening; before 10pm the clock room was free (which is quite a bonus in London.) General atmosphere was good - nice crowd of people, not the usual west end types or any little kids; music was great, good mix of old school, rnb, hip-hop etc; had a bit of a boogie. Cocktails were great and not badly priced for Central London- wish I'd tried more of them! Everyone enjoyed themselves on the night.
We will be back at Mango Lounge in the not so distance future to try more cocktails! And think we'll be having my fiance's 30th there too!

Had my bday here last weekend and had a wicked time....got free drinks and was well looked after by Oli....music was good and venue was perfect location (2mins from Earls Court St). All my friends had a wicked time and would definately recommend this place.

All types of music was played from rnb, hip hop to old school so it caters for everyone.

Drinks are cheap to and best thing is they dont measure the alcohol ;)

I would never ever go to this place again. We were wondering around the area looking for a place to drink and thought we would try Mango Lounge and have a few cocktails because it was quite busy and we did a bit of research online about the place.

At the entrance, we were asked if we made a reservation or if we were on a guest list. We said no, and the security said he must ask the manager if we could come in and started speaking on his radio like some undercover CIA agent. A young chap came to the door and said it was guest list only on weekends but we were welcome to come in for a drink. He made us feel like he was doing us some sort of favour letting us in!

What the hell is all that about? Cocktails were good, but I didn’t like the attitude of the staff. Would never ever recommend it.

Just recovered from celebrating my 30th Birthday @ Mango Lounge! 1st thing to do? Write a review and tell the whole of London what a fantastic job these guys do! No “door whore” just polite security and a polite hostess, walked in, table ready and decorated according to my instructions (no minimum spend/charge), complimentary champagne cocktails for me and my guests, free cloakroom, great cocktails, DJ willing to cater for requests, more cocktails, all my close friends, champagne sparklers & photo time, more dancing and finally – kebab next door time! I had such a great night and will be back soon! Only two things/criticisms (but not worthy of taking off a star). Number one, food platters were a tad pricey but the manager sorted us a generous discount out without too much persuasion at all. As my mother always said “if you don’t ask, you don’t get!”. Number two, they close at 2am so some of my guests needed a place to go after and there was nothing local apart from Chelsea, which automatically means ££££.My crowd love old school R’n’B and the DJ catered for us neatly! I love being brought back to the early days! What a night! There were 40 guests and not one negative comment. Two of my friends booked parties there and then. Mature crowd, no riff-raff! The best thing to do, get in touch with Ollie/Oly/Olly (oy oy oy) and get him to organise your night. That is exactly what I did. Very quick e-mail responses which provides comfort and assurance in the lead up. Plus, they also designed my invitation free of charge which I used to e-mail to my guests.I would definitely and highly recommend this for holding a celebration of any kind and perhaps even a random night out.

I had my 30th birthday party at Mango lounge and it was the best birthday party I've ever had. The venue was great and the music was excellent. Ollie was really helpful. I had my 31st at Mango Lounge and all I would say is that I had a brilliant time, Oly organised the night all my guests enjoyed the night. The drinks package that I got was great! The staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this to anyone of any age group to try it out!. I was very impressed with the dj a good selection of music played catered for all my guests! Who needs West End when you have the Mango Lounge! Will be organising future events at the ml! I came down to my sister’s engagement drinks this weekend from Norwich and I just want to give a HUGE thanks to whoever it was that sorted everything out for her in the venue. I know how stressed she was about organising the night because I have to live with her, albeit not for long, and seeing her so happy about everything pretty much made my week.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so chilled out in 31 years. Every party she organises turns her into a stress bucket and she has to have a good moan about everything. Keeping my sister moan-free on her engagement party has a lot to say about your operation. I did ask to speak to the manager or events person before we left but I think they were busy.

Keep doing what you do Mango people. The people I came down with were very impressed with the venue and your DJ was spot on, to say the least! Cocktails were a killer and your mojitos were perfect!

Hello There my name is Steve and I have been to Mango Lounge on last Saturday that is 22nd Jan for my friends birthday party where going there made my day as had a lots of fun and good time with my friends dancing having lots of cocktails ,beers and more over everything was awesome and huge mainly the staff on the bar and on the dance floor and the dj and clock room all the staff very supportive helpful. From that day I taught my self to be a regular customer to this nice beautiful lounge every weekend weathers there's a party or not to have some good time and more over tell all my friends also to visit Mango Lounge Thank you.

Thanks everyone at Mango for sorting out a superb 30th birthday for my fiancée. We loved everything about your place and will definitely be back! I wish I knew we could e-mail requests to the DJ beforehand because I would have made full use of that and the fact we can have our own playlist! Next time!

The only reason we are giving you four and not five stars, honestly, is that you should close later than 2am. Many of our guests were stuck for somewhere else to go when you closed because there is nothing much going on locally at that time and we did not fancy going home, or to Chelsea and paying over the odds for drinks. I know you close at 2am because your license says you must but surely you can apply for a later license?

I recently went to this bar for a friends brithday. We arrived in time for happy hour, but as only one of bar staff could make cocktails we had to wait 40 minutes to be served.
At about 1am the bar turned into chaos with 4 men fighting and throwing bottles at each other. It was an extrememly scary experience and whilst the bouncers did there best using pepper spray we left very quickly.
Only go if you are prepared to be stuck in a fight!

I am not very good and don't write often (never) review but, The Mango Lounge totally worth the effort.

I have been last week end and had a wonderful night out! Now I cannot wait going there again with my husband and friends.

I really recommend it for a lot of reason, the location, the Staff, the mood, the Cocktails, .....

My wife organised a surprise party for my birthday at mango Lounge on Saturday night. Somehow, she managed to keep it a TOTAL secret from me. Much of that was down to the attention to detail shown by Ollie at mango Lounge.

All requests (extremely specific timing, music, etc. etc.) were carried out to the letter, the staff were attentive, and I am still slightly in shock from the wonder of it all.

There's also the convenience of its location and other positives, but the most important thing to say is that Ollie specifically, and the Mango Lounge in general, helped us to have one of the greatest nights of our lives.

We will definitely be going back!

Yes Olly was helpful. Yes, they gave me £150 worth of drinks behind the bar. Yes, they helped with the cake... but other than the generosity of the money behind the bar... this place was a complete let down. I hosted my birthday party there and the staff was rude when I arrived and did not help enlarge our table, even though they said they would when other guests arrived. A few of the guests were told off for using a chair (which was NOT in the way) for coats and the bar staff couldn't have been more unfriendly. I've lived in London for 8 years and have had amazing birthday parties at amazing venues. THIS was a complete shock, and although Olly was helpful at first, he was more interested in telling my guests off. I'm not spoilt, nor am I a diva... in fact, I was being the humble one when really they should have just made me feel welcome. For the bar tab they gave me, the one star. Other than that... I'd never go back there.

Chose Mango Lounge to celebrate my wife’s 28th Birthday! Mango Lounge is awesome! We were looked after brilliantly and I’ve not experienced such a hospitable and generous bar in all my years of drinking! We were given a table with no minimum spend and a very handsome birthday package that was completely free. This included a flyer design, decorations for our area, drinks on arrival, bottle of champagne and pictures of the night taken from a photographer. I sent a list of songs to the manager beforehand, and when I told the dj who I was, he showed me my list of songs which had already been allocated to a separate playlist on his lap-top… incredible! Also, cabs were organised for us at the end of the night! Drinks are cheap compared to West End prices! As for the quality and strength of cocktails, just see for yourself. I personally recommend you try the “baha Ocean Rose”. It’s a woman’s drink but I was knocking them back all night! The security were gentlemen and the hostess at the door Beth was a real gem and made sure there was no silliness at the door on when our guests arrived (apart from my stupid mate who forgot his id. Serves him right). I brought a cake with me to the venue which was refrigerated immediately and presented as soon as I requested, with a photographer! The dj was on point throughout the night. We had a table upstairs in the bar area but most of our friends stayed in the basement where there is another bar and a dancefloor. So make sure you chose your area wisely, this was my mistake. My only complaint is that queue in the kebab shop next door gets really long when Mango Lounge closes, but I guess you cant do anything about that… can you Ollie? We are back for my sister’s birthday in two weeks! Maybe you should start doing loyalty cards! Lolthank you so much!

Heard about this venue by coming across the reviews, so decided to have my engagement drinks here. At first glance during the early evening, the bar seems pleasant; nothing spectacular and you may even get a dreaded feeling it wont pick up! However as the night kicks in this place is a gem! It was the perfect venue to host my drinks and I was very pleasantly suprised! It's intimate enough not to lose your guests, yet has a dancefloor underneath the main bar area for those who want to bust some moves to a good mix of music! The atmosphere is lively, the crowd are behaved, the range of drinks and cocktails are vast. Happy hour is on until 8pm and offers half price on most drinks. The manager (Mr Oli) is somewhat of a mystery! lol. To elaborate he is super busy and his whereabouts are often unknown but he will deliver what he says he will! And this was what made the entire experience brilliant. He arranged a great package for me, my fiance and our guests- by reserving an area for me, decorating our table with a few engagement balloons as a nice touch, and brought out some champers on sparklers on the house later in the night which was a fantastic and I wont forget! The best thing is there is no poncy minimum spend per head nonsense most bars will charge as soon as you say 'celebration'!
My advise is that if you are organising drinks for a special occasion then do pre-book an area with management (Oli), as it does get crowded. Turn up before 10pm to avoid paying £5 at the door. Food can be ordered and is tasty, but platters are quite pricey at £26 for a plate of food which went down very fast between a couple of people!
All in all a GREAT night.......right Oli where's my commission! (i am only joking!)

Mango Lounge was recommended to me by Shakes at a bar in Hammersmith called Potions. They were fully booked and so suggested I contact Olly at Mango Lounge as it was similar to what I was looking for in Potions as a venue for my husband's surprise 30th birthday.

When I contacted Olly he was really helpful and informative, and reserved an area of the club for me, offered suggestions of bakeries for me to order a cake and also to create a flyer for the event! Other personal touches such as having an entrance music for my husband when he walked in, and being discreet in making sure all the guests were aware of when he arrived and walked in made the night a total success.

The music at this place is really good, great bar staff and really friendly service.

If you are thinking of organising an event here, definately do so...and Olly is your man!
