I stopped in to see if the club was suitable to visit and stay for a couple of days, but they were all to busy to help me and from what I saw od the club, I was glad! My horses stay in better accomodations. So much for the great British gentlemen clubs! Bah Humbug!

You may read lots here and elsewhere about the In & Out - don't believe the hype!

The In & Out and the traditional 'club' is great in concept, but believe me the N&M is a million miles from the the marketing blurb you'll read on the club website and the quality of the facilities are nothing in comparison to other great establishments elsewhere in St James'.

Yes - the location is good and there are several once splendid rooms.
However, everywhere you turn the club is grubby, unkempt and in need of a major overhaul and redecoration. The accommodation in particular is a major disappointment - damp, threadbear, and wholly inadequate. As a member of other distinquished clubs, I am embarressed at foreign reciprical club travellers arriving with high expectation only to encounter the reality!

The building once was great and could be again. Today the In & Out, however, is a shadow of its former self and and has the reek of an operation on its very last legs.

Please do not be disappointed. There are many better old school traditional 'clubby' venues elsewhere in London.

Well said, sir! I stayed here two years ago and the accommodation was shocking. The room was shabby and dirty and there were cockroaches. The bathroom fixtures were broken and the staff were not convincingly friendly. On one Saturday morning, breakfast just wasnt available ..the staff didnt turn up! I wrote a letter of complaint to management by email about my overall impressions and they gave me a free night. All in all a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

An oasis of serenity in this mad world. Courtesy counts ans service
is given freely not forced.
Excellent appointments.
The Gentlemen only "Long Bar" is carried over from the Piccadilly site.
You will not find better value in London
Ladies are well catered for and do not feel excluded.
The outdoor courtyard is an excellent area in which to sip your pre luncheon drinks.
The varied menu is well executed and food is always of an excellent standard.
Members and their guests can enjoy first class "keep fit" facilities which include a gym, swimming pool, sauna and squash court - for the less energetic there is a very pleasant billiards room.
Accommodation is offered at various price levels but all rooms (or cabins) offer excellent value.
Well worth becomming a member.
Well cited the Clkub is within walking distance of most major London
entertainment venues and theatres.
