Save your money and do not go. I went last year and it was a shambles. The stairs were too narrow to allow people to get to the different rooms, we were held on the stair case, just about made it in for NY count down and when we did there was trouble. To boot when i got to the cloak room at the end of the night, the staff had left and all the coats were on the floor like a jumble sale. They never compensated me for going home without a coat!
