This club is bad. First it took ages to get there. then once there we were treated rudely and when i gave my tickets they actually said 'I'm not sure we are open yet and that was at 830 on a Saturday night when they were supposed to start at 7PM!! then we went outside to sit and were told that we couldn't sit down and that we had to take our jackets off eventhough we were outside and even inside was freezing and then the manager said Honey i have girls in there that are half naked and they are warm. After repeatedly telling him that i was cold and asked him to turn up the heaters he just continued to talk over me it was so rude, eventhough one of the event staff could walk around with her coat on!!!. After bout 15 mins there we left and had a much better night at Moonlight. Don't got to this club if u want to be treated rudely or have a bad experience on new years eve!!!

I had my 25th birthday 2 weeks ago at rs lounge,,, I must say I have never experienced such a lovely service by the staff. Every one was so friendly and made me and my guests feel very welcomed. The management team was extra helpful and were there if I needed something. I must say it was the first time me going there and it actually made me feel like I was abroad as the venue was absolutely beautiful and very glamorous. If there were 10 stars that you could rate RS Lounge Club I would definitely rate those 10 stars to rs lounge. The whole experience was absolutely unforgettable. My 25th would never be forgotten by me or my friends and that's thanks to the gorgeous rs lounge and the team. I would and have recommended alot of mates and recommend any one to celebrate their birthday there. Thank you rs lounge for making me feel so special on my birthday. See you soon again.

I just held my party at RS Lounge and must say I loved it!!
I hired thee upstairs bar (black bar) for my 25th Birthday party and it was the perfect venue... with a large outside balcony area which was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly and let us set up exactly how I wanted it. They let us have outside catering which saved me some money!! They had security at the bottom of the stairs which made it feel all the more exclusive for my guests I used there in house DJ too which was perfect not having to worry about the music all night I give them my wish list and he played everything on there plus more... I also asked for cocktails to be made exclusive to me pink ones :) and they made a gorgeous collection for me!! All in all my birthday party was perfect and I would defo recommend RS Lounge as a Party Venue

Went to the launch of RS Lounges new Moulin Rouge nights which are on every Thursday hereafter and it was fabulous! Very classic and tasteful. It was a really fun night!

I went there on Saturday night with a group of friends and we all had one of the best nights out in a long time! The staff were friendly and helpful, barstaff especially when we were trying to decide what drink to get. The music was varied and kept us on the dancefloor for hours. We loved the way the place is set out and the toilets were immaculate! Definately rate this place!! I think we've found our new Saturday night spot.

I went to RS Lounge on Saturday night and I have to say, the service was impeccable. I was in the VIP area and both staff and management treated me and my friends extremely well. I don't know what the previous reviews were all about because security, door staff and management were all friendly, helpful and catered to all our requirements. I chose RS Lounge to celebrate my birthday in because I had heard great things about it from some of my friends who go to RS Lounge regularly. They love the club nights on Fridays and Saturdays and always have a good time when they go there. I will definately be going to RS Lounge again in the future.

Used to go RS Lounge quite a bit, I always loved the music policy and the atmosphere.
Recently this club has changed for the worse. Security staff: some are ultra friendly and professional, others are utterly sarcastic and rude for no reason. The bar staff are always lovely. The other staff all seem unwelcoming and unfriendly.
And the amount they charge to get in is ridiculous - last time I went they stated it was a tenner to get in, but when we actually got through the door they wanted £15 and it wasn't even that late. When we queried why it was so much (given that it was half empty inside) the staff were snooty and rude.
It feels like they are trying to be a West End club - but unfortunately they are miles from the West End and need to recognise that most of their business is and always will be from local people. And if you don't treat your loyal customers well, they will go elsewhere.
I think this is happening already with RS Lounge - everyone I speak to now avoids going there, which is a shame, cos at one time it really was good.

Fortunes of dosh spent on the wrong easily stained furniture out of a Bollywood set.

Pretentious overpriced rubbish.The Club is in WALTHAMSTOW E17 NOT WOODFORD or EPPING FOREST.

The Management do all they can to avoid the word WALTHAMSTOW in their literature as WALTHAMSTOW is generally a dump of a place.

Went to this venue for a mates birthday on a Saturday night.

Very polite but tight security on the door and lovely inside (although I spent the first 20 minutes constantly blinking in order to get used to the lighting - WARNING If you have epilepsy this is not the place for you).

Had I known that they were only going to play one type of music all night I would not have gone (Electro House) and being local the drinks were in my opinion over priced.

We were told that upstairs would open at 11.00pm and would be playing RnB in that room, when 11.00pm came we were told that they would not open upstairs until downstairs filled up.

On the website it states that they will not let people in until after 11.00pm so we arrived at 10.00pm only to see the bouncers still letting people in at Midnight!!!!

The website also suggests that you should dress to impress but I felt over dressed in my little black dress amongst the other girls who were wearing ripped jeans and shorts which were clearly too small for them because their bum cheeks were hanging out.

I would go back to this venue but not before checking what music will be playing on the night!!!!!! And I will definitely not be making an effort in what i wear because by the looks of it nobody else does!

Never again!!Luckily we didn't let the rude manager ruin our evening for my friends 21st!!

Looks nothing like the pictures! Stained chairs and floor was disgusting, shoes sticking continuously!!

Full of attitude! Trust me if you want to go to a place full of wannabes with attitude and a manager who clearly doesn't give a cr*p about the state of the place then go ahead!!!

I will never go back again!! And i will definitely make people aware of how bad it was and that the 'manager' will never earn a penny!!

It has amazing atmosphere if you want to try something different than you need to check it out.

Went here New years eve 2008,This was the first time I went clubbing here and will certainly be the last.The DJ on the night was off the mark by a continent. he continually chopped and changed ( regardless of tempo or style ) the music bringing the dance floor to complete confused halt far too many times.

His only saving grace was that the revellers were up for a good time and were therefore Very forgiving..Me thinks a real DJ let them down on the night and this was the only person they could find that could barley operate their system.

They do have a smoke machine and are not afraid to use it, that or they couldn`t turn it off The Venue Looks nice and modern with basically white decor making it easy to paint colour with light. Irrespective of the decor I couldn`t shake off a dated vibe, maybe the smoke?

I found the general staff entertaining but unhelpful at the best of times.Word to the wise, their cloakroom is TINY and I had to wait almost a freezing hour before they finally admitted defeat and suggested we get our own coats one by one.

You can imagine the possible permutations of such a policy, it wouldn`t surprise me if some of the revellers left with far nicer coats than they arrived with :((

I have been to many clubs and pubs. and think that the omission of a few well placed external heaters would be of tremendous benefit to the venue..They are common place since the smoking ban took effect It wasn`t all bad though, I saw in the new year with someone I love and the Security team are spot on.This was my experience at this place as a nightclub, maybe it bodes well for them as restaurant………. Spend there new years eve 2009. The only good thing is security. Oh and toilets. The DJ was rubbish, management with serious attitude problems even towards VIP guests, only aprox 50% of what was actually advertised was fulfilled. Totaly spoiled my new year celebrations. My other 13 friends who were there that night feel exactly the same. Will never go back and most definately tell everybody i know not to waste their time and money.

RS Lounge is the most fabulous venue in London and I think it's set to be the best night place in London. French Riviera type. The venue is very modern style forward and the layout in the club allows you to have the best time. If only all the clubs were this good - although then there would be the debate of where to go.I will recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice night with a lot of beauties ;)
