£20 entrance, pushy girls who quickly want private dance for £20 - which lasts approx 3 mins. No time for chat.

A soft drink costs over £5 and galss of cheap wine over £10 - and dont expect any change from the barman. Distraction techniques were used to keep by £14 change!

we sat for drinks and didn't even have 5 min and girls then come to you, pushing for dance and drinks.

it's a complete waste of money and you get pushed by different girls for dances...not nice feeling.

plus i paid for my mate to have a dance as his party and lady said she hadn't been paid and asked mate to pay her.

luckily one other mate saw that i'd paid her and asked me again, and she looked so embarrassed.

silly...never going back there again...ever!!

This place was pretty bad... £10 to get in before 10pm, £15 after that. We arrived at 9.45pm and the guy at the door seemed to be on Euro time, asking for £15 each, Not a great first impression.

You walk in and all looks good, pretty girls, some of them really beautiful...

Sit down, however, and within seconds you'll be surrounded by dancers asking for private dances and drinks.

£20 later after paying for a drink for two dancers, and including the entrance and your own first drink, you're already the better part of £40 down.

Watch out, they knock their drinks back real quick. If you don't pay for a private dance with one of them by the time they've finished, it's time for round 2 in the drinks department.

£15 minutes after arriving, you're already £60 down. There is a dancer on the central pole. However, you're surrounded by other dancers asking for drinks and private dancers, so you don't get the chance to look at the stage at all.

Now for the private dance: yeah, good full nudity. Real pretty lady from Italy. No more than three minutes later (could have timed it, but let's face it I had other things on my mind), the dance was over.

She asked if I wanted another one, suggesting that it gets 'really really very very naughty'. My guess is, from that point it also gets even more 'really really very very expensive' too.

Overall good points: great looking women, nice looking club, friendly door staff.

Bad points: far too pushy, no time to admire the view, no choice of women as it's difficult to shake the ones who assign themselves to you, expensive to keep buying them drinks, and too short a dance for £20 when you decide to finally take one of them in to a private 'booth'.

Feels generally pretty seedy once you're sat down inside. Recommendation: go somewhere else. You shouldn't feel like £80 has been lifted from your wallet when you leave one of these

I have been to this venue on 4 or 5 occasions, a small recommendation in itself. HOWEVER, on my latest visit, I agreed to go to the more private area, after being chatted to by 2 young ladies for a while.

The first time they told me I had miscounted my payment by £20 pound I offerred the benefit of the doubt

However, the next time I came to pay these ladies, we had agreed the sum of £300. For such an amount, given previous discrepancies, I counted £300 very clearly onto the table in front of all 3 of us -

however, on the girls' recount, this miraculously became £270 - THIRTY POUNDS SHORT. I took the £270 back, and left, to the sound of pleading and begging.

I used to enjoy this venue, however, this one incident hasleft me NEVER TO RETURN.

My wife and I came here after reading your review and concur! This is so much more relaxed about couples than other venues. Well done Secrets!
