Sonisphere tickets grant you access to a new rock camping festival taking place over two days at Knebworth near Stevenage in Hertfordshire on Saturday 1st August and Sunday 2nd August '09.

With two stages running at alternate times, you won't miss a single act on the bill. Sonisphere tickets don't throw up the usual schedule clashes you find at other festivals! Your Sonisphere tickets give you time to take in all of the storming lineup.

With rock gods Metallica headlining alongside Linkin Park, NIN, and Bullet for my Valentine, as well as plenty of other amazing acts, Sonisphere tickets are a summer essential for any rock fan.

The 'Stately Home of Rock', Knebworth has hosted the cream of rock royalty over the last 30 years, including Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Queen and Led Zeppelin. This August the gates are open once again to the gothic mansion's heaviest show to date.

Camp sites open from thursday afternoon for early arrivals. The main campsites open on friday. There will be a campsite village and entertainment on all four nights.

Entry to the festival will now be free of charge for 12 year olds and under. Parents should purchase their own Sonisphere tickets as normal and then take their child with them to the Box Office on arrival at Sonisphere to be issued with a complementary wristband. Please note that proof of age may be asked for.

Under 16s need to be accompanied by an over 18 ticket holder.
