Speeddater.co.uk, the UK leader in singles events, is preparing for its event of the year with a very special New Year’s Eve party complete with speed dating at midnight, lock and key party and music until the small hours.

Up to 300 can be catered for at the event at the Firefly Bar, Old Bailey, London, which is the ideal way to meet new people if your new year’s resolution is to find love. The event is open to men and women aged 24 to 40 years old.

The special ‘lock and key’ party is designed as an icebreaker to encourage singles to mingle with one another. Women are given locks and men are given keys. The group circulates and if you find your match you are in with the chance of winning a prize!

About the venue:
This swanky new bar right in the heart of St Pauls. The area will be used exclusively for the New Year’s Eve event. The venue is spread over 3 floors, with a distinctive feel and atmosphere on each floor. There's something for everyone whether it be you're mingling upstairs, joining in on a speed dating session or dancing your heart out to your favourite tracks in the basement club. Firefly will be serving delicious canapes and also serves a wide variety of drinks.

Itinerary:
7:00pm - Doors open and Lock & Key Party begins
8:00pm approx - Food platters will be served as an early supper
8:00pm - Optional speed dating sessions begin
11:00pm - Speed dating sessions, Lock & Key and photo wall wrap up
3:00am - Event ends
