Absolutely 5 star service and food. Had a fantastic 40th birthday party there in December 2010 and they pulled out all the stops. They tweaked their menu to include some favourites and the bar staff were so attentive. The canape menu is delicious and everything was so timely and hot, terrific when catering for 80 hungry party goers. The acoustics are great and the sound system top notch. I would def reccommend it again, well done A lounge ! Dee Evans Cobham Surrey

Terrible restaurant, terrible late night bar.

Whoever thought of a 'Scottish' theme anything should be ... sent back to Scotland, and they should take this place with them.

Very hot barmen at Doon! Ladies, do try it!Also, all the staff were very friendly and helpful! Alright vibe, not many people making use of the dancefloor, and the DJ passed out drunk, so not very good tunes that particular evening. But I would definitely return to Doon!

Doon is a wonderful little bar that offers a change of scene from the typical central London venue. The staff are friendly and accomodating and the atmosphere is relaxed and chilled out. The cocktails are great too! I can't say a bad word about Doon and will most certainly be returning!

Doon is a nice wee bar with very friendly staff and Albannach upstairs meant a very easy walk to a good restaurant.

Excellent, outstanding, what a find. I was there on Saturday night having had a friend recommend it to me and the atmosphere, service and drinks were great. There was none of the usual pretence about Doon which is so refreshing for London too.

Doon is a great little find in the middle of Trafalgar square. Went there with a group of friends last weekend and the music was great, the cocktails are really different and interesting and the waitresses are hot!
Doon is a really cool place, well worth a visit.

I think that review is so harsh! Doon is new and is still finding its feet. I think give it a couple of months and there will be queues waiting out the door. I headed to Doonas it offered a change of scene which was exactly what I was looking for.

The drinks in Doon are great, and the interior is unlike anything I have seen before. The staff were friendly too. I found it to be an intimate location - an alternative to the full to the brim clubs which play all the same music.

Oh my God Doon is awful! The lighting is tacky, the music selection is pathetic, you can't request tunes, the staff are incredibly rude, the doormen likewise, and the manager acted like he was Stringfellow.

I will NOT be going to Doon again and urge others to do the same. If it was possile to give a 0 score I would.

Wow! Doon is a great bar with great drinks, great staff, great location and great vibe! No bar will ever be perfect and it was early days the 3 times I was there but all Doon needs is for more people to know about it.

The downside of this, of course, is that it is a hidden gem at the moment and that's a good thing. If it doesn't go too commercial or become pretentious then Doon is a winner in my eyes. Lets hope they open more bars, I like Albannach, it's a very well run bar but not too funky and cool.

With Doon they've shown they can do funky and cool too. Let's hope they stick together and knock out a few more good bars. London needs it! Well done boys and girls and great comedy name! Doonstairs, hehe...

Wow, I have not tasted the luxurious cocktail yet but I have been to this beautifully decorated bar, Doon feels like you're in a different environment which I don't think most bars can ever achieve. The manager is one the nicest people ever too, paying attention to every little details of the requirement I had for my cocktail event. I can't wait to enjoy the luxury of fresh music, not commercial and an atmosphere that is to die for. I do hope Doon wins Bar of the Year, I have been voting I hope everyone visits and makes up their own minds but I love Doon soooo much.

Doon is simply fantastic; a cosy den in the heart of London. The drinks were magnificent and the staff were friendly and attentive. Doon is definitely worth a visit.

Wasn't the Doon launch on the 1st March? I lost my invitation so didn't go but did anyone go to the opening of Doon?
