Spread over two floors, The Burlington Club is designed by Baldassare La Rizza and Jimmie Martin, inspired by the Costes Hotel in Paris. It boasts an eclectic mix of old and new, stained-glass windows and chandeliers. The Burlington Club offers a discreet haven in the heart of the west end whether it be having drinks with friends or dinner in the evening, The Burlington Club can cater for your every need. The new menu is based around the idea of sharing, refreshingly informal yet intimate it builds upon the success of our launch menu with Basque tapas inspired by the south estern regions of France. There is also an esteemed list of organic cocktails including ³The Burlington² made with Bison Grass Vodka, sugar, lime, organise apple juice and fresh mint.
