This is the worst and most depressing place I have ever been to.
Here is for fat, ugly women`s paradise.Very wired atmosphere... Rude doorman..Everyone, don`t waste your time. In London, there are many other nice clubs.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Tuatara Club for
helping me organise my bday outing on Friday night. Especially Sabir for the table and guestlist organisations, and then David and Peter at the bar, who were fantastic on the night! Me and my group were very well looked after. We were definitely treated like VIPs on my birthday.

We had the best night! Thanks once again.

Great place to spend a night. The staff were extremely helpful and incredibly welcoming. They were polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for us! The atmosphere downstairs was great - definitely the sort of place that you and your mates can dance the night away. The DJ played a lot of good music and the dancefloor was packed! Would recommend to anyone who is looking to start (or carry on) the weekend with a bang! Definitely will be paying another visit!

I had one of the my best club experiences at Tuatara last weekend. I was there on Friday night just for a night out with a few of my girlfriends, it was not what I expected. I was lucky to take advantage of their gorgeous roof terrace for a ciggy and cocktail, which was amazing!! How many places in London can offer that these days? The music was great, the staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was really positive. Really recommend this club. Just dress up beautifully, book in advance, and expect a fab night on the Kings Road!

I had an amazing time at Tuatara last Saturday. I came down with a group of friends and were surprised at how friendly the staff was! We got a table and never had to ask for additional mixes or glasses, everything was there before I knew it! We will definitely be coming back! Xxx

I celebrated my 30th b'day at Tuatara a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic night. There were 30 of us in total so we reserved the VIP area which was perfect for a group our size.

A big thanks to Nina Tukaj for being so helpful and accommodating in organising everything and to the rest of the staff who looked after us on the night.

I had my hen party here and had an amazing time. I was treated so well by the staff who were really accommodating, super helpful and personable.

We'd had a really long day out at Ascot so it's a real credit to the club that we managed to have a late night out. The music was brilliant and the drinks were yummy. The club has a fab atmosphere with dancers and gorgeous decor.

I've been before and I'd go again. One of the few clubs in London that manages to make its guests feel special.

Poor club with even poorer management . Ash the guy who manages it doesnt know how to run a club . It's dark and dingy inside , you would be lucky to catch 20 people in there let alone a full house.

AVOID this place at all costs , way overpriced, no atomsphere, rude door staff and security. Better off going anywhere else in Chelsea.

What a scam! Totally misleading perception of the whole place! Went for a girls night out, after purchasing 2 vouchers worth of £50.00 consumption each, thinking that we got ourselves a good deal. Upon arrival we were hit by a strong smell of urine. In the main room the ac was on full blast and we were unanble to take our coats off it was that cold. It took more then 20 min each time to order a drink, despite the club being empty, that was down to the fact that the barmen didnt have a foggest idea about recipes of the cocktails on their own menu. My friends decided to sit down while we were waiting for the poor quality cocktails (way too much ice and tasteless), when security told us that we were not allowed to sit down at any table in the club, even though the club was empty, unless having an advanced reservation or purchasing a bottle of £100 champagne. It is advertised on their web that the dj plays all type of music - that is true he literally played all that within a time space of 2min! We had two vouchers of 50£ each the barman was incapable of adding them up, which means that we only had 8 cocktails instead of being entitled to 10 cocktails.

So it has to be said, that overall I was quite disappointed with my experience at Tuatara. The best part was the hostess we had, she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Knowing that this used to be Mamilanji's, I was fairly impressed with the new décor. But what really let the place down were the bar-staff and the DJ's. Now it's not that the barmen were rude or anything, but every time I ordered a cocktail, they had to read the recipe, and it took forever to be made!! As a result, service was very slow and the cocktail list at this place isn't that long, and when you're paying around £13, you expect it to be made by someone who know's what he's doing by memory and with some skill!
The DJ's were really terrible - bad mixes, speakers cutting out, fade-outs and cutting off songs halfway through - even when the crowd was going wild for it!
I have to say, for a place that is trying to promote itself as high-class, I have had better times, for a lot cheaper, in much 'lower-class' places in London. Would probably not go here again.

Well your review I think is aload of crap I have been to this club four times now and I know the security you are on about in the silver suit what a fantastic guy friendly, smiles, which is rare in security, no attitude everyone I was with said how fantastic the security was and their was 25 of us from a local business who actually emailed the owner and commented how nice it was to come to a club and be greeted from the door with no attitude and for him chatting up your mrs well if he did why did you let him or say to his face because I did see some trouble and he threw a guy out 4 times his size without any fighting just talk so he must have a brain which you don't seem to have I will always stick up for people who are genuine and the security are here. if anyone knows which security company they work for please let me know so I can give a recommendation the club is superb with staff that look like they are looked after

Recently went to Tuatara for my 21st Birthday celebrations.

Initial reactions were, friendly staff at the entrance and funky décor inside!

The night started in the club room on ground level which was amazing and the DJ was very accommodating when we chose to request 2 – 3 songs which was a fantastic start.

Up the staircase situated a live band who were playing what I thought was Salsa music. They then moved on to a bit of ‘Bob Marley’ which was a great contrast to the club music downstairs!

Drinks were a little overpriced, obviously but expected!

Great atmosphere throughout and also a terrace to relax for a while.

My only disappointment was that there was no grand piano as stated on the website. I would have enjoyed playing it for my 21st, nonetheless a great club with huge potential.

Very poor experience. went there for 10 minutes and consider it as a waste of time. The only good thing about this place is the interior...designer made a good job. On the ground floor at least. Overpriced. Quality of crowd and service comparable to cheap West End clubs. And impolite lady at the door along with an aggressive bouncer are just the icing on the cake.
You'll better off going to any other place in Kensington.

Tuatara... sounds nice, went there and noticed it had a cheap makeover giving you the impression this is a new club in town, only to find out its the same owners with the same terrible rude bar staff, new clueless doormen and the crowd was the student scruffy type. In my opinion = overpriced.unorganised.unproffessional and tacky. Will be sticking to raffles from now on.

Had a look at this profile: I think this is a raffles agent in disguise.

Went to the club a few weekends ago and have the complete opposite opinion.

The interior down stairs is great. The seating areas are perfect for viewing all the lovely chelsea girls.

The staff are very friendly. I was greeted by a very happy an enthusiastic door staff. Not the usual, power mad, guys you see at other places.

The drinks are great, and with cocktails from 100 pounds, what's not to like?

Overall: A great new addition to Kings Road and in my opinion a lot better than Raffles.
