Dreadful, terrible service this evening. A quiet, Monday evening and was told 'the kitchen is busy'. Our party of six had meals brought out at three twenty minute intervals which meant we all were eating at different times. No explanation (other than the ridiculous excuse above which was clearly untrue) and the food mediocre and badly cooked. Staff did not give a fig. Will not be eating at Via ever again.

Beware, vile place and I would never return. They run a club night on the weekend, so on Friday night in December they open doors off to the side of the bar and try and get the punters in to that. The curtain they put up to 'section' this part of the bar off hardly offers much in the way of installation but apparently its tough if you are already in there, having just ordered some bar snacks, it was rather annoying that whole area dropped in temperature. I was warmer ice skating than sitting inside the bar. Food, when it arrived was dreadful and hugely overpriced. Whilst a couple of the bar staff were fine, when issues raised with management it was abundantly clear that they did not care at all about service. We should have gone somewhere else as it cut the night short

By chance called into this venue for lunch, what a find, the food was extremely good and great value for money, Service was 5 star and the setting, well what can I say, thought I was in Marrakesh.

Highly recommended and will definitely call in again for lunch and maybe stay later.

Noticed they had a nightclub, will spend an evening there.

What a great area West India Quay, there were lots of people eating outside the venue and all appeared to be having a great time.

Overall impression of VIA, excellent.

A friendly and welcoming bar to enjoy the sunshine at West India Quay. Good range of both drinks and food selections.

Go with friends or colleagues for lunch or evening drinks.

Our team of 30 celebrated our Christmas lunch in the private room upstairs - it was a great venue and the meal was enjoyed by all.

A more recent farewell party was held upstairs with drinks and a buffet with dancing after.

The staff are always helpful and accommodating.

Via Fossa, there's one everywhere these days isn't there? It's an alright place, they do pretty good food for the price, it's just not that exciting that's all! Can't really complain though, everything was well cooked, presented and served - this Via Fossa is certainly one of the better ones.
