Can anyone try sailing?
- In a nutshell ‘yes’ – anyone can take a sailing course, providing they can swim and are moderately fit
- You can be 8 or 80 – we will have a sailing course that works for you
- You can come on your own, or bring some friends or family
- If you are a school, or youth group leader we can arrange a tailor-made sailing course to give your group the best experience possible
- This sailing school gives tuition, which aims to give its students as much direct instruction as possible – something which a lot of the larger sailing schools can’t provide

Basic Skills Sailing Course – 2-4 Days
If you’ve already completed a Level 1 course, or have some background in sailing, the next step is level 2. The course is run over 2 days, weekend or mid-week or can be run over non-consecutive dates. Or can be combined with a Level 1 Course over the course of 4 days. With the aim to take you though from no prior knowledge to being able to sail and make sailing decisions in good conditions. The course combines extended theory from its Level 1 counterpart and includes the practical skills of rigging, launching, sailing in all directions and capsize recovery.
