A unique opportunity for couples to learn about and make handmade chocolateThe My Chocolate chocolate making workshop is a new and unique experience based on everyone’s favourite indulgence: chocolate! Founded by chocolate lover Hannah Saxton, My Chocolate are the first company dedicated to exclusively to chocolate making in London. During the chocolate making workshop, you will have the opportunity to sample, learn about and create your very own handmade chocolate.
If you’ve never tasted handmade chocolate created from the freshest ingredients before, first and foremost you can expect that the My Chocolate chocolate making workshop will be a revelation to your taste buds.
Over the course of the chocolate making workshop, which lasts for approximately two and a half hours at a venue in the City, you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, learn discover how to make Dutch truffles, fudge and praline. Demonstrate your cookery skills (or lack of them) as you cut, dip and decorate under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance. You will also return home with a ribbon-tied box full of your creations plus a detailed recipe pamphlet.
