Operated by the first ever company solely dedicated to chocolate making, this London based chocolate making course is ideal for couples who love chocolate. What’s more, the organisers have recently teamed up with Green & Blacks, making this London chocolate making course a cut above the rest.

Taking place over two hours at a trendy workshop location near Chancery Lane in central London, this chocolate making course starts with an initial chocolate briefing where you can expect to learn about the history of chocolate and the process from bean to bar. It’s then time for some tasting as the chocolate making course has you sampling exotic ingredients such as chilli, orange and tea for inspiration.

Alongside other couples, you and your partner are set the task of creating your very own limited edition Green & Black’s chocolate bar or giant button, embellishing your chocolate creation with ingredients such as biscuits, marshmallow and cardamom.

Your chocolate making course will also have you playing with molten chocolate, melting it and cooling it down so you can make your very own chocolates. Cut, dip and decorate them with your own personalised touch using a range of toppings, slab of praline and yet more melted chocolate.

At the end of the chocolate making course, you can take away a ribbon tied bag each with over 20 of your handmade chocolates and your limited edition Green & Blacks chocolate bar or giant button to enjoy at home.

The chocolate making course takes place on Sundays at 10:30am, 14:30pm and 18:30pm. Places for the chocolate making course are subject to availability.
