Learn to make chocolate with London's only chocolate making workshopThe London My chocolate workshop is a new and unique experience based on everyone’s favourite indulgence: chocolate! Founded by chocolate lover Hannah Saxton, My Chocolate is the first company dedicated exclusively to chocolate making. During the chocolate making workshop, you will have the opportunity to sample, learn about and create your very own handmade chocolate.
If you’ve never tasted handmade chocolate created from the freshest ingredients before, first and foremost you can expect the My Chocolate workshop to be a revelation to your taste buds.
Over the course of the chocolate making workshop, which lasts for approximately two and a half hours, you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, learn how to make Dutch truffles, fudge and praline. Demonstrate your cookery skills, or lack of them! as you cut, dip and decorate under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance. You will also return home with a ribbon-tied box full of your creations plus a detailed recipe pamphlet.
