The My Chocolate chocolate making workshop is a new and unique experience based on everyone’s favourite indulgence: chocolate! Founded by chocolate lover Hannah Saxton, My Chocolate are the first company dedicated to exclusively to chocolate making.
My chocolate workshops are ideal for hen parties or birthday celebrations - not only are the workshops great fun, it's also a chance to get hands on as you learn how to make delicious handmade chocolate from the highest quality ingredients. Not only that but champagne is served throughout!
Over the course of the workshop, which lasts for approximately two and a half hours, you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, learn how to make Dutch truffles, fudge and praline. Demonstrate your cookery skills (or lack of them!) as you cut, dip and decorate under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance. You will also return home with a ribbon-tied box full of your creations plus a detailed recipe pamphlet.
My Chocolate’s Chocolate making workshops can either be held at the City premises, at the restaurant of renowned celebrity chef Anthony Worrall Thompson 'Notting Grill' or at The Clerkenwell.
