The London chocolate making workshop with My Chocolate is a new and unique corporate team building activity based on everyone’s favourite indulgence: chocolate! Founded by chocolate lover Hannah Saxton, My Chocolate is the first company dedicated exclusively to chocolate making in London.

Corporate Chocolate Making Workshop with Champagne

Chocolate is amazing when eaten alone and yet somehow, like most things in life, it tastes even better when paired with champagne. My Chocolate searched high and low for the perfect bubbly until they discovered the fruity taste and biscuity undertones of the marvelous ‘Pannier’. When master winemaker Phillippe Dupuis and his friendly team first presented them with a glass, they just knew that they had found the perfect compliment to their chocolate.

The champagne and chocolate workshop includes all the benefits of the original Chocolate workshop, but with the addition of champagne, which is served throughout the workshop.

Over the course of the chocolate making workshop, which lasts for approximately two and a half hours, you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, learn how to make Dutch truffles, fudge and praline. Demonstrate your cookery skills (or lack of them!) as you cut, dip and decorate under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance. Dressing your own truffle centres in teams: based on technique and creative You will also return home with a ribbon-tied box full of your creations plus a detailed recipe pamphlet. This is a corporate team building activity with a real fun twist!

The corporate chocolate making workshop can either be held at My Chocolate's premises in the City, at the London restaurant of renowned celebrity Chef Anthony Worrall Thompson 'Notting Grill' or at The Clerkenwell. You can also find your own venue if you so wish.
