The floatation tank experience begins with reading some instructions. You will then be taken through to your own private room (power shower, changing area and floatation tank) where you will be given a small talk supplying more information to ensure you are happy and comfortable.

You will have a quick shower before entering the floatation tank. You will spend one hour in the floatation tank and then the end of the session is indicated by music being played. You will get out and get showered and changed - and are free to use the hair drying facilities if you wish.
