A helicopter flight from London will transfer you to the picturesque village of Bray. The Fat Duck, already a 3 Michelin star restaurant, recently won the award of ‘The Best Restaurant in the World’ as voted by a panel of 600 international chefs and critics.
The restaurant is famed for its extraordinary dishes, these include snail porridge, bacon and egg ice cream and green tea and lime mousse dipped in liquid nitrogen. Heston Blumenthal said: "I like to experiment with different tastes and flavours of sweet and savoury and show they have no boundaries. People expect ice cream to be sweet, but the Victorians ate it savoury". Come and relish the cuisine for yourself!
