Experience runs once a month Half-day Experience runs from 10.30 am - 1:45 pm Participants should wear comfortable clothing, such as tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt and clean trainers It is advised not to drink alcohol for 24 hours prior to the experience as this can lead to dehydration and fainting.

All jewellery must be removed before undertaking the activities If you have consumed any alcohol prior to the experience you will not be allowed to take part and your money will not be refunded Minimum age 14 years No maximum age limit but participants must make staff aware of any medical conditions, illnesses or injuries that may effect them Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to the workshop to allow time to get changed & fill in a membership form
