Know your wasabi from your temaki?
A sushi making event is a fun and very social corporate team building exercise, discovering how to make one of the most complicated and technically challenging cuisines professionally.
Hosted by professional sushi chefs, in a relaxing bar & restaurant environment, this corporate exercise will take you through the interesting history and techniques involved in making sushi.
Working in groups, your team building exercise will involve you being shown how to make a variety of classic sushi dishes, using ingredients such as nori seaweed, saba mackerel, tiger prawn, saba mackerel & oshinko radish, avocado & cucumber temaki. As each dish is demonstrated, you’ll have the opportunity to have a go yourself.
Once you’ve made all your different sushi varieties, sit back and relax with your glass of complimentary wine or beer and enjoy your delicious hand-made food!
This corporate team building exercise lasts approx 1½ hours and works particularly well as a lunchtime activity, for corporate entertainment, birthdays or as part of a hen party activity.
