Originating from France, parkour freerunning is a non-competitive physical discipline challenging participants to find the quickest route around an obstacle such as a building, a rail or set of steps. These outdoor parkour freerunning classes are the first of their kind giving anyone the opportunity to try their hand at some of the running, climbing and jumping skills required to master parkour.
Parkour classes take place at a range of urban locations in central London for private groups of 8 or more people. Once decided on a location, you will gather for a parkour warm up. Parkour freerunning classes will then have you indulging in a range of games to teach you the foundations of parkour such as scaling walls and jumping rails
Parkour running classes last for 2 hours where you will explore the environment on a pre-planned route using speed, agility and strength, whilst building your confidence and testing your limits.
Safety is paramount on these parkour freerunning classes and as such there are two levels of insurance and a parkour instructor to every 10 participants. To further improve your comfort and safety during parkour running classes, we recommend you wear trainers and tracksuits or similar comfortable clothing.
