Pole dancing courses London - 6 week pole dancing courses for beginnersThese pole dancing courses London are designed specifically for beginners - the more inquisitive person that hasn't touched upon pole dancing or lap dancing before, or who has had very little pole dancing tuition. All sessions on the pole dancing courses start with a warm up and end with a warm down.
Pole Dancing Week 1: Pole dancing courses for beginners will teach you the basic and fun aspects of pole dancing whilst learning some basic pole dancing tricks.
Pole Dancing Week 2: Pole dancing courses will teach you how to co ordinate all pole tricks learnt in the previous pole dancing session into a stage routine.
Pole Dancing Week 3: During this part of the pole dancing course, you will be taught how to perform an effective lap dance, at the end of which, you will feel confident enough to take the moves home!
Pole Dancing Week 4: During this pole dancing session, students will brush up and perfect any pole dancing moves or tricks they are not confident with.
Pole Dancing Week 5: This pole dancing session will teach you how to perfect your pole dancing routine in front of an audience. Students will be taught how to captivate an audience using tactics such as eye contact and body language.
Pole Dancing Week 6: The final session on these London pole dancing courses gives each student the opportunity to perform their own pole dancing and lap dancing routine on stage and certificate presentation.
Pole Dancing Courses for Beginners are held on Saturdays from 12pm - 1.30pm only.
