Kitted up in a wetsuit, helmet and bouyancy aid, you get the chance to explore the coastal National Park at sea level. You'll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces and perhaps even swimming with Atlantic grey seals!

In the course of your 2 day break, fully qualified instructors will help you boldly go where you have never been before! You will take two coasteering sessions at two different venues and your third half day activity will be a coast path hike on the inspirational Pembrokeshire National Park coast path - the perfect accompaniment to your endorphin charged coasteering sessions!

During your weekend break you will stay at the 3 star Preseli Venture Lodge set in 3 acres of stunning National Park and woodland. Facilities include two communal lounges, pool table, sun room, wood burning stoves, patio area for summer sunsets or winter bonfires, private beach and most importantly, a well stocked bar! Rooms sleep 2-8 people and all meals are all home cooked and wholesome.
