Wildgoose Takeaway Treasure Hunts – How it Works
Takeaway treasure hunts come in a pack of three. The treasure hunts pack will be sent to you no later than 7 days before your proposed treasure hunt date and will consist of a briefing document, maps, question sheets, a scratchcard answer sheet and a 5 digit user code unique to your group.
Treasure hunts are best done with 3 teams, each receiving a treasure hunt pack with a user code that must be texted to the Wildgoose control centre. Treasure hunts kick off as soon as the text is sent.
There are 6 coloured zones to complete on the treasure hunts, with each zone containing five clues based around the treasure hunts location you have chosen. Each clue must be completed to reveal a zone code which is then scratched off on your scratchcard. When you have scratched off each zone code, a 6-digit password will be revealed and your team captain must text this to the Wildgoose control centre. The team will receive a reply confirming their treasure hunts completion time. The winning team is the one who completes the treasure hunt in the quickest time!

The Wildgoose Takeaway treasure hunts are self-run treasure hunt ideas and can take place Covent Garden, Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Birmingham, Cambridge, Nottingham, Stratford upon Avon, Henley on Thames, Oxford, Windsor & Eton, Chester, Manchester and York.
Treasure hunts are priced at £225 for 3 treasure hunt packs. We recommend a maximum of 15 people per event (£15 per person).
