The film has obviously taken some liberties with the facts in Lynn Barber's memoir, but it is still poignant and engaging as well as often very funny. I loved the look of the film and its very evocative period detail. Carey Mulligan is absolutely wonderful (among some excellent acting from the rest of the cast). I enjoyed every minute.
