One of the best films I've seen in a long, long time. I'm not a huge fan of the Coen Brothers, although Fargo and No Country For Old Men are strokes of genius. If you hate Lebowski then this still may appeal...

George Clooney and Brad Pitt are nothing short of brilliant and I laughed so hard by stomach muscles hurt. the comic timing and dry wit are inspired.

Hmmm this must be some kind of fanboy film where people convince themselves that this film is something special because of who made it. Its not terrible but it's a bit of a mildly funny mismash of scenes that supposedly make a "story line". If you've seen the trailer then you've seen the funnys bits of Brad Pitt making a tit out of himself and being punched in the face. Dont bother.

I found this hugely enjoyable. It won't be for everyone (if you're over-sensitive to the f word you'd better avoid it!) - but if you liked 'In Bruges' you'll probably like this. In order to appreciate it - and laugh out loud at frequent intervals - you don't have to approach it from an intellectual perspective, but if you do, you'll find a brilliant satire on what's wrong with the US: the paranoia, the lack of any sense of proportion, the faith in simplistic solutions. (There's a lot that's right with the US, of course, but it's not the job of satire to give a balanced view!)
