Really good film. I'm not a Clint Eastwood lover but he's very good in Gran Torino.

Excellent Plot. Excellent acting. Excellent evenings entertainment. Well worth seeing.

Managed to see a special preview of this film and thought it was amazing! No matter how old Clint Eastwood is he is allways able to maintain his coolness and in this film he still hasnt lost it.

In a nutshell the film is about an American war veteran who holds grudges against, well everyone but Americans! Throughout the film you learn he has a poor relationship with his family, has illnesses and isnt at peace with himself. Though slowly he finds peace by befriending the Korean family who live next door, whom befriend him when he saves the teenage son from a Korean gang who terrorize the neighbourhood. Ironikly this same kid tried stealing his mint condition 1972 Gran Torino! I wont say anymore than that as i recommend you see the film.

Clint eastwood plays the role extremely well and with some humour at times. In parts the film is touching, humourous and if you like films that have a well writen plot, this is definately your kind of film.

Sorry I havnt gone into too much detail but i really cant find the right words to express how good the film really was, beats all other films out this month.

As an old "wrikly" I thought I would write my first ever review of any film on this or any other site simply because I enjoyed it so much.
Brilliant performance from Mr Eastwood & under his direction, two very good acting debuts for the the two "Young Mhongs!"
Some brilliantly funny dialogue & a satisfying ending.
Would certainly go to see it again .
No need to go into further detail about the story line as it was covered by the other previewers.
Just GO & SEE IT !
