I absolutely love this version of the classic. I think Knightly and McFadyen couldn't have been more in tune with each other as Lizzy and Mr Darcy. The "almost kissing scene" is my favorite. As a female, my heart skips a beat every time I watch that scene. And, the scene early in the morning when Lizzy looks up to see Mr Darcy walking out of the mist is also a favorite. I've just ordered a copy of the special edition DVD. This is a movie I will watch throughout my life. You just don't get this kind of heart wrenching romance from movies anymore. I give it 5 stars.
