Don't expect sci-fi special effects because its a basically thriller with a Sci-fi back drop but unless you are severely allergic to Sci-fi you will find this a great movie. Interesting, thought provoking plot, realistic dialogue and good acting that gets you interested in the characters and caring whether they prevail or not.

I thought the film was awesome, brilliant acting and the script is good but I thought the ending could of been a bit better.

Gripping stuff, with an engaging cast of characters and a story-line that holds up well for most of the film. In the end, though, the inconsistencies of the sci-fi conceit really start to show, and I found the ending unsatisfactory.
However, it's good to watch (great lighting, great editing, great performances), and provides an insight into some of America's fears and preoccupations. Most interesting is the way it keeps bringing up the question of stereotyping - it puts you on the spot as you are forced to make instant judgements on people along with Colter/Sean.

A truly exceptional film. I can't help but compare it with last year's Inception. Unlike Inception which uses every conceivable means to look intelligent and cool, Source Code glides through effortlessly without insulting us. I got really involved with the storyline & plot twists, guessing and thinking how the story will progress. I agree with the reviewer on this one. Devastating story, clever plot and clever twists. Vera Farmiga is a revelation. All around fantastic apart from the loose ends which I shouldn't think much later as I have enjoyed the film. Absolutely "wow" kind of film.

A very pedestrian sci/fi thriller that doesnt thrill. Decent performances except Jeffrey Wright who's dialogue is absurd and hammy.
Why this film got such great reviews beats me, a real let down.
