Using near documentary style and largely unknown actors, Paul Greengrass has created a devastatingly powerful, shocking, tantalising and truly astonishing recreation of the events of the passengers who fought back against the hijackers. I've never seen a film that captures moments with such realism it was almost as if Greengrass was filming the whole thing as it happened which makes it not just a harrowing and dignified account of the day that shook the world, but also a dazzling achievement in filmmaking. United 93 is like nothing you've ever seen before. Unmissable.
